    My first time having UPS to ship something for me. The process went smooth all I had to do was bring the item they took it from there and wrapped it with extreme care. They even waited patiently for me to leave the store to get an Easter card because I forgot to get one before I got here. When I returned my package was boxed and waiting for me to give the rep the card to be mailed with the package. The young lady (I didn't get her name) let me know that the package will be delivered in two days definitely in time for Easter. Thank you for great customer service. This is where I will have all my packages shipped.

    I have come here a few times to do Amazon returns and every time the process is so smooth and easy and the staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. It's never really busy and even when there is a long it usually moves pretty quick.

    Great location-Great service.

    I received courteous and professional service from the kind and pretty representative who helped me whose name is Katrina. I've never experienced any delivery issues or mishaps from the UPS store and I will continue to return for all of my delivery needs.

    08:45 on a Thursday and the doors are not open! If your not open during advertised hours then I'll take all my business to FEDEX.

I purchased a paper shredder years ago. The customer service is great here if you need to print something they will let you know the procedure. I've been here to get papers shredded with there in store set up.. The customer service is exceptional here with my experience on 3-3-2026. Pull up and check them out. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment.

    My dad isn't tech savvy, so I decided to take the afternoon to go with him to buy a laptop he…read moreneeds. I did the research, found the right one, and off we went. We arrived and experienced an extreme lack of customer service. After waiting around about 10 minutes, when one finally arrived, they went to find the laptop and ignored us, eventually moving onto another task. We found another sales consultant, who did the same thing. One of them told us that the laptop we wanted was not available, despite being advertised both online and in store as being on sale. The laptop was not available, and they tried to upsell us more expensive ones, which is not what we came in for. The manager we were told was conducting an interview, which took the entire time and more that we were there. We called the Staples at Mall of Georgia while waiting around (this guy is the brother of the manager here!), and he also tried to upsell. After being abandoned by the second sales consultant, we left and went to Best Buy. When we called to complain online, they hung up on us. We are not wild customers with high demands. We simply came in to ask for a laptop, and we're dismissed. I've been buying laptops from Staples for years, this is not good customer service. Do better.

Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Verify everything repeatedly and have a backup plan, because our experience demonstrated that a confirmed reservation may not mean much. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have ever had, and we would not want another family to go through the same situation.

Aside from the typical shipping, packing, copying, printing and mailbox services, I noticed you can also get your passport picture taken here! Plus they offer laminating and notary. There was even some blocks to keep the kids entertained/distracted.

The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.
