***Edit: I did finally receive a $100 refund. Changing rating from 1 to 3 stars. I shipped a package at the Tucker UPS Store on October 20, 2021 to Wisconsin. It never arrived. I filed a claim after a couple of weeks hoping that the package would turn up. It contained 2 heavy winter coats at a value of $317.00. On November 29, 2021 UPS approved my claim and instructed me to contact the store for payment. Myself and one of my employees have been to the store to collect only to be told that they don't have the money. I have called Shaunelle to try to straighten out the problem. She always tells me that we will be paid soon and that she will call me. She never calls. I have tried many, many times to contact her but the stores phone' voicemail box if full. Here we are 2 months after UPS say the claim and payment has been approved and I have got nothing but a dodge from this UPS Store. read more

Our family has used this UPS Store in Tucker for several years now. They are friendly, know me by name and are always helpful and happy to help me with my questions. Sometimes there is a line, but they keep it moving. I'm so happy to have them in Tucker so I don't have to drive so far in traffic to get to another store. My first time having UPS to ship something for me. The process went smooth all I had to do was bring the item they took it from there and wrapped it with extreme care. They even waited patiently for me to leave the store to get an Easter card because I forgot to get one before I got here. When I returned my package was boxed and waiting for me to give the rep the card to be mailed with the package. The young lady (I didn't get her name) let me know that the package will be delivered in two days definitely in time for Easter. Thank you for great customer service. It's great to own a franchise, but this store didn't get the customer training part. Two ladies, one young and another old, were very rude when I simply asked to finish taping my package in a few areas. Generally most legitimate UPS stores allow customers to use a roller tape to use on their packages. There must have been a tape shortage I guess on this case. Rude to the core in their dispositions. Remember, the customer is the one doing you the favor of using your business that supplies your paychecks! Who ever owns this location needs to do a serious review of your staff! read more

I have come here a few times to do Amazon returns and every time the process is so smooth and easy and the staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. It's never really busy and even when there is a long it usually moves pretty quick. read more

Love coming into this UPS! All the employees are cheerful, bright, & accommodating! Even when they're busy everyone's energy is always 10/10

My husband goes into this store at least 3 times a week. The lady at the counter always got something stank and sassy to say to him. Last week, she told him he had too many packages(18 packages) and to go to another store. When he arrived today, he went in to look for a dolly (as he has done in the past) to bring in 60 Next Day Air packages. The same lady went completely off on him again, accusing him of going behind the counter(which he did not). The owner laughed it off and told him to bring the boxes in and he would take care of him. My husband told the owner that he would rather go somewhere else. Every week, he makes it his business to drive past 3 other UPS Stores just to patronize this black-owned business . The owner has exceptional customer service. However, this lady, with her horrible customer service, is ruining his business. read more

My usual to-go to UPS Store opens up around 10 am and I had no patience and didn't want to head to Duluth. I checked and there is one in Tucker, in the Publix plaza! That's even better since I wanted to go to Publix since the UPS Duluth store is in a Kroger shopping plaza (I love Kroger but I wanted some items that are only at Publix). The Tucker UPS Store is on the right side of Publix. I was surprised to see other people there but it was quick! The lady in front of me said I could go ahead because she had to check her box. I mainly use UPS because my daughter is in the Navy and I like to send her care packages. She is a Navy Nurse too so I wanted to let her know that she is very much appreciated. UPS has my # so they just pull up all the info which makes it much easier. This store has the most friendliest customer service I've ever experience! I was out in no more than 5 minutes. One star is just NOT warranted. It's not. Now your wait will be TOTALLY dependent on when you come and whose in front of you. On this day, no one was in front of me and I was quickly processed with a smile. Have I been here and waited what seemed like forever, YES, but again, if someone in front of you is running some sort of home business and they are shipping tens of packages then it is what it is. Walked in to ship an Amazon return. I noticed that they have a print machine. I did have something to print and stopped to work it out. Well ... the cashier asked if I'd like to just email it to her and they'll print it for me. Sure. Saves me a step! Well at no point was I told I'd get charged $2.00 JUST TO EMAIL IT. I paid $2.38 to print something that's .20 cents anywhere else. I asked her why didn't she tell me there's a charge to email it? Why is it $2 to do something electronic that is zero cost or service from them?? Never again read more

I have had many bad experiences at this location. It is close to my work location and a convenient place to run errands . The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Yesterday while I tried to return an Amazon package I was told she didn't like my tape on the box and she needed to charge me "ummmm maybe $2 to fix it". Previously I was informed I couldn't drop my Amazon return there. I have also had 2 lost packages from this location. I will drive out of my way to avoid them now. read more

With the exception of one guy (tall, thin, blondish), the staff at this place do not appear to possess the knowledge required to receive packages properly or ensure they are prepared for pick-up by the UPS Driver. If you call them, their line seems to always be busy. After receiving a $28.00 + cost for a 2-day delivery, signature required single envelope - I decided to go to USPS - requested same - and they only charged a little over $10 - after tax. USPS delivered ON TIME and their tracking works. This location and their UPS tracking do NOT work as UPS Corp can find NO evidence this local UPS Store made sure my envelope ever made it to the UPS Truck Driver. read more

Horrible customer service, poor communication, manager watched it all and didn't intervene. I had the absolute worst experience there. I was returning merchandise to a company and the company logo was on the box. I told associate I wanted to package in a way that covered the logo. She simply pointed to a wall of packing materials without covering options or providing any packing recommendations. I wrapped the box myself to cover logo with their brown wrapping paper which was super thin. I commented that I thought they offered packing services, then I was told they could put in a box!?! One associate started packing into a box, then left in the middle to go to lunch. The associate that took over had a nasty attitude. First person quoted one price before they left, person that finished the job then wanted to charge me double what I was quoted. Finally, that associate picked up my poorly packaged box from the counter and intentionally dropped it on the floor, then said "oops, hehe, it'll be ok". All of this while the manager was watching. What I thought would be a quick 15 min drop off with a prepaid label, took 35 min making me late for an appointment. Really hope my package makes it to its destination . read more

Such a BAD experience - never again. I get monthly medications from my insurance company online pharmacy and had problems with UPS leaving it on my doorstep. The pharmacy suggested using a UPS store and then I could pick it up. They had my prescription delivered to the UPS store. Well, the shocker came when I picked up my package. The clerk behind the counter told me there was a $5 charge and that they charge $5 per day for "storage". I was livid to say the least. That is totally outrageous. The clerk behind the counter rolled her eyes at me, and I asked to speak with the manager, who just happened to be standing there. She acted like she could care less. I called UPS Store Corporate Headquarters and filed two complaints. One about the lack of customer service and the other about the outrageous charges. If you have any problems with any UPS Store, the corporate number is 800-789-4623 and do not press any of the prompts, just stay on the line and you will eventually speak with someone. read more
