I was told I could pay for the insurance and label and leave the item in the back to be packed later. Given the value and my responsibility for the item, I politely expressed that I was more comfortable having it packaged properly and sealed before leaving the store. To my surprise, this reasonable request seemed to be an issue. At no point was I being difficult--I was simply trying to ensure a high-value item was handled with care and accountability. For a business that handles shipping, I expected more understanding and professionalism, especially when it comes to valuable items. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling uneasy and unsupported. i'm sharing my experience so that people who have valuables to ship can be forewarned regarding this location.

The staff are always super friendly and happy to help out with whatever you need. For the passport photos, we were in an out. I really don't think it took longer than 5-10 minutes. For my package drop off, I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. I love that my visits are always so efficient. This store is quite big too. They have a multitude of services they offer, so more than likely you will be able to get done what you need to get done. I will definitely be back here for any of my future shipping/packing/print needs.

The line moves quickly, the employees are professional and just genuinely nice people. They're always playing the best music (seems odd to say) and enjoying doing their jobs. FedEx isn't always the cheapest or most convenient (especially compared to UPS) so I'm usually here either to drop off something with a preprinted/prepaid label or to charge something to a corporate account. The parking here is a million times more convenient than north Decatur road and without having to take crazy rights/lefts to get in and out of the plaza.
