I called later and spoke to Carl, who was very helpful and gave me a price for the service. When I returned to the store, Carl had me fill out forms while he took care of other customers. He notarized my document and had the 2 witnesses (employees) sign my paperwork. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. In addition, I was surprised that the cost was less than what I was originally quoted.
