Miguel was fantastic in assisting me with fingerprinting services -- they're one of the few stores that offer LifeScan technology. Scheduled an appointment at 2pm for notary services and no one called or emailed to cancel the appointment. My husband and I had some very important documents that needed to be notarized and there wasn't a notary available for the scheduled services. When we arrived they told us no one was available and that "they called" to cancel the appointment however I had 0 missed calls, voicemails, or cancellation emails to reflect that. Definitely do not plan to have something notarized here without being able to verify they are actually going to have a notary available. I'm not sure why they even show available appointments on their scheduling portal online if they aren't going to have a notary on duty. read more

Perhaps the rudest service I've ever received. I needed to have one black and white page print from a pdf file on a USB drive. The employee was on a personal cell phone call when I arrived and continued talking the entire time I was there. He plugged in my drive, printed the one page (a 30 second process) and then charged me $2.65 for a single print! When I questioned the price he said there is a "set up" fee. When I pointed out that the FedEx Store on The Alameda charges 15 cents, his reply was "This isn't FedEx Store, I don't care." Avoid this store unless you are looking to be ripped off and treated like dirt. read more

I use this location for Amazon returns and pre-printed shipping (allowing quick drop off). Other services are provided but buyer beware. After dozens of visits, their motto feels like 'upsell or overcharge on everything.' They will never offer you the cheapest shipping even when asked, especially for USPS services and they default to their own. They will claim, 'the system won't let us do this.' If you don't cave in, you can negotiate and this feels awkward and annoying. Printing charges are somewhat low, but expect surprise "setup fees" when checking out - other locations do this, but they are pennies, not dollars. They can do better - no one wants a car dealership-like experience to ship a package. read more

I hate everything about this company. I ordered some products from the Netherlands and surprisingly it got here at amazing speed, but the delivery driver would not give it to me. He said I owe 75 dollars but could not tell me why, he called his supervisor and she gave me false information about the seller having to authorize the delivery. I agreed to pay the fee not knowing what it is and was told they only take checks and money orders, as if we were living in the 1950s and have these readily available to us after banking hours. They then said I don't actually owe anything but the seller needs to authorize it. I did some research found out that it was because it was from out of the country. Perfect, checked to see if I can pay it, guess what the department closes early because EST schedule and the website wont accept my payment online. I call in, get to talk to 4 nice people 1 not so nice, obviously in another country that will not be named or at least he was originally from there to get my chain yanked for almost an hour and a half to be told sorry the department that takes the payment is closed call again and wait in line tomorrow. What a big F U to the customer. I hope FEDEX gets their things together and takes UPS out of the running as a whole because they do not deserve to be a big player, hell DHL has more respect for their customers and dare I say it Amazon is probably one of the best now. Way to go UPS you've failed miserably and I've lost all respect for you not that you care, you just want my money. read more

My first visit to this UPS store was for notary service. Friendly staff, quick notary service, inexpensive -- in/out without a hitch. Better service than I've received from other nearby UPS stores. Will return for sure! read more
