I went to send a return item. I needed a receipt as proof in case the item wasn't delivered I wouldn't get charged for it. the girl at the counter scans it once and says "if you want a receipt just take a picture of the tag on the box because it's saying the bar code is invalid" I told her I need proof of shipment and she says "well I can't give you one" she scans it again and it works the second time. why can't people do their job and first try and try and make sure the job can't be done before you give the client an attitude. if she would have simply tried a second time she would have done her job properly instead of giving me a stupid attitude for no reason! 6/13/2024 8:35am read more

The service was quick and efficient! I was helped by the girl with the long red hair I believe I read Tiana on her name tag. she was very helpful she explained everything to me! I asked too many questions and she answered all of them! There was about three people in line and I was out of there within 6 minutes. Quick & effecient! Horrible customer service. This is the first time coming to this store and is definitely my last! The young woman was rude and didn't even seem like she wanted to do her job. She was nice to everyone that came in after me. I simply told her something about my Amazon return and she said "show me" with complete attitude. Who talks to a customer like that? Well Icame in today tuesday 9:30am no customers or line, walked in to having to wait for someone to come out and help. The girl w red hair finally comes out and omg she looked like she had just woken up, like she was annoyed i woke her up. But then after i tell her im returning my 2 little amazon packets she looks at me and sighs like im inconveniencing her by her doing her JOB, she was there leaning on the counter w her hand on her face like i was annoying her. This rating isn't about the employees. It's about the absurdity of pricing for scanning. I needed some 50 pages scanned to an email and just for safe measure, I asked them to fax it. They have no prices posted so i was at the will of whatever ups made up. It's a lot of pages so I assumed I'd be paying a premium for the convenience, some $30 or so. What I wasn't expecting was when it was time to pay the total came out to $134. $134 for essentially sending an email. They had already sent it so it's not like I could change my mind and leave. If you have to fax something, just drive to where it needs to go, it's infinitely cheaper. It makes zero sense to use ups. read more

Super very disappointed with their fingerprint service. Had fingerprints done at this location in October.. that day, there was a issue with their system, where my CC wasn't clearing, so they even had to call the manager and later on got cleared, however, i suspect that because of this glitch, that somehow they might not have sent my fingerprints eventhough my CC eventually got charged $75. Checked with DOJ and there is no record that fingerprints were submitted. So, now.. what's next? I am going to police station to get my fingerprints done again. Waste of time. I started with Abe when he first opened and liked the personal accurate service, but since he stepped away the quality of the people he has hired is terrible. The last two times I tried to do business the girls couldn't figure it out . They just stand there with dumb looks on their face. Mailing a box is pretty straight forward. An Amazon return is pretty straight forward. They are trained to fill in the space on the computer. If your answer is not what they are trained to do then they grind to a halt. First to review?? I can't believe that someone hasn't come on here to review this store. I have been an occasional customer of this store in the Creekbridge neighborhood for the past 10 years. Nothing major - just mailing Christmas presents, getting passport photos, etc...yet Abe and Rosa always greet me as if I'm one of their best customers! So, my husband has needed to ship a very, very VERY large item for the past week or so. He was so frustrated with getting a box large enough to mail the devil in, that he was about to tear his (limited) hair out. One call to The Ups Store asking if they knew where we could get a box to fit - and my troubles were over. OVER. I gave Rosa the measurements and she made me a custom box! No kidding. I called about 4:30 pm and she said it would be done within 2 hours. So, 2 hours later, I show up with the item in question. Abe and Rosa laugh a little, then say - no problem. Abe, the owner is so unprofessional. My 2 year accidentally ran towards that back, and accused her of potentially stealing. Said in a rude manner "someone watch that child!" I told him I was sorry and she's just a child. I asked if he had any grandchildren? He said he has 4 "perfect" grandchildren and lives a perfect life. I told him my daughter has special needs, and he did apologize. He apologized is a forced manner and tried justifying why he said it that way. It was towards the end of the day, but that doesn't justify his behavior. His employees looked at him in a surprised manner, as in they couldn't believe he said in that manner. read more

My wife and I have used this location to send items since it opened it's doors. We've sent packages with jars of jam, bread, candy papers, mail, computers, iPads, everything. If I need to ship something I use The UPS Store here. I have always found their service professional and courteous. I have seen how their staff handles backups, lines of people shipping, and was impressed at their professionalism and courtesy they showed. They know how to take care of their customers' shipping needs. They have earned my repeat business and my high praise, which I do not offer lightly. Just sent a bread to my daughter today too. The other day I shipped a package from this UPS store. First, the attendants were rude and seemed that helping someone was a burden. Second, the item was received on the other end having been cut open and items removed. When the shipping store was contacted the owner did every thing she could to blame the theft upon me and not UPS itself. They refused to make good on the items stolen. Don't take your online rental textbooks here unless you have have the original packing box it shipped in. Even if you have prepaid labels they're gonna charge you $4 for a box because the free ups boxes they receive are "only for express shipping". In short they want to make money out of broke college students, how sad right? I know the ups boxes say express but when have I ever received a package back because I shipped it ground, never! Certainly not the best, but not the worst. The ladies that work there are super hardworking and helpful. The two young guys are quite the opposit. I went in to check my mailbox, there were 2 slips, meaning 2 packages. So I give this to the young guy with the man bun, he comes back with one package, I say to him shouldn't there be another one. He tells me I can go check again, but this is the only one, I ask him to please go do so, it will save me a trip, like why I am I having to appease you to get you to do your job? He turns to the other young guy and explains to him, and then that guy says oh maybe it's mistake seeing we just saw you pick up a package not to long ago, like damn it's absolutely none of your concern when i was last picking up a package. So the guy with the man bun goes back, SURE ENOUGH THE WAS ANOTHER PACKAGE. He complained to the other guy about how it was in the wrong place. I just said thanks for saving me a trip. Bad Customer Service. My Family and I were mailing a Xmas package to our son who's in the Army stationed in Afghanistan. Which can be emotional since he won't be spending Xmas with us but nevertheless we were helped by a young female who appeared to be a new employee and she was quickly helped by an Old man who was being mean, sarcastic and assumed we knew what his job entailed. We have done business in the past with this store but never have we had to deal with this person and his rude behavior. He became flustered because there was ONE person in line.
