Great place, super good people that know their job. It can get busy. But the girls that work there are efficient and knowledgeable. It shocks me to see some of these negative comments, everyone just wants speed. No regard for the workers job. They charge a dollar to tape a small Amazon return box closed. I have never been charged that by any UPS store. I'm sure they're making money processing this package. I don't see any reason to charge a dollar for a couple cents worth of tape and two seconds of time. They also did not give me a receipt for the one dollar fee so maybe the clerk is just keeping it. I'll go to a different UPS store branch next time. read more

I don't know where my original review went and I Really don't understand the bad reviews. I've been coming to this UPS store for years and never had a bad experience. Brie is awesome as are all the girls there. I started coming to this location because the one on constitution always tried to charge me for Everything even if the returns were covered 100%. I just called and talked to a woman twice in the last half hour and the customer service number she gave me was for a phone sex operator... when I called back and let her know the number wasn't for customer service she said "yeah I know". She gave me so much attitude about the fact that she gave me a fake number. I told her I just wanted to call her and let her know the number was compromised and she just said she knew and was wanting to know what I wanted. She made it so clear she wasn't going to help me and I can't believe she had the audacity to give me a number for a sex operator, what is wrong with you. She doesn't deserve her job, I wish I knew her name. I called on March 4 at 4:25 and 4:35pm. Unbelievable and disgusting. read more

Just really disappointed with this UPS. Did a nike return like one's I've done in the past and had no issues. Came to return a pair of shoes through the nike app and got charged for the box to ship it in. The time before they didn't charge me for anything, girl boxed it up in front of me and I was on my way no problem. Not this time I guess. Anyways got charged $8 for a box lol. I understand the rules but make sure all of your employees know how to do the job correctly. read more

Fantastic help every time I've brought in *very* random items for their Pack 'N Ship service. I had to ship things varying from fighter pilot helmets, full military uniforms down to the tiniest, most fragile vintage model planes... everything has been carefully prepped, shipped and delivered with care. Super friendly service and very efficient when handling multiple customers. Bonus? You can get your grocery shopping done once you've mailed off your packages. read more

I visited the store the other day to do a printing job and a short blond-ish girl was helping me. I can't remember her name exactly but I think it was destiny. I try not to be a difficult customer but she was being rude from the very beginning! I decided it was not worth my time to be treated that way and left. Rudest employee ever! Terrible and very unprofessional. I had a huge package to bring inside and couldn't lift it out of my car by myself, i went inside to ask if someone could help my and the lady at the front desk said no because there's only two of them working there. There was no customers in line or at the store so I didn't understand why either one of the girls working couldn't take 10 seconds to help me bring a package inside. Then one of them had the audacity to ask me to help her put the package on the scale. I said no. You couldn't help me bring a package inside but you want me to help you put the package on the scale? No. Names are Samantha (Associate) and Bri (Lead Associate) Also very very rude. I am really disappointed. Its not hard to be nice!!!! I hope they are held accountable. read more

The staff was very helpful, unfortunately whoever owns the store over charges for boxes, a 10x10x10 box was $7.97 whereas in Marina I got a bigger box for $2.00. The gentleman at the front pretty much only put tape on the box. Hopefully they consider their clients next time since its very close to my home and don't feel like going across town where they offer better prices. read more
