I had the project as a pdf. Once we got the pdf. to the copymat computer, the person there worked hard at changing the format to fit the 8x8 size and produced the final result, which was beautifully trimmed to exactly 8x8. At the beginning, he had asked how many copies I wanted and I had said one, and his shoulders sank. But he still spent about 15-or 20 minutes inputting the specs, testing by printing and adjusting. When he thought it was just rignt, he gave it to me. said I said it was beautiful. As we went over to the register, I asked how much it would cost, he rang it up and said, $1.02. I said, that can't be right! He said, you're right, it was double sided. That would will be $2.03. I paid the money, and walked out to my car and then came back to him and said that I just couldn't do that and gave him a good tip. You just can't beat that kind of know how, attention to detail, and service to the customer. I will always recommend Copymat for all printing needs.

Before using Surrender, our college teachers' organization initially used a large national corporate uniform outfitter. Wish we had used Surrender first. After a very useful consultation with the owner, he enlarged our vest logo to the proper size proportions. He also made it visually "pop" by using the exact, bright thread colors we needed.
