Son started public service training and needed uniforms for class. Glad we were recommended here…read more As a local business, this is what defines great customer service. They helped my son find the right pair of pants, boots, belt, etc. for the field he is getting in. His pants needed hemming and they did it onsite while he waited. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the public service industry and especially if they need any type of patches or custom fitting. Prices are industry standard but I don't mind when the service is so good. Don't know if they have military uniforms but if they can order, I would consider if still active.

Since I tend to run hot, she took the time to recommend breathable, comfortable options that would keep me cool throughout the day. The customer service was amazing, and I never felt rushed. Another thing I love is that there's a new sale every month! I'm always looking for a good discount, especially on quality scrubs that are both comfortable and breathable. Great selection, great prices, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend

The owner Teresa is so helpful reading some of these reviews is absolutely not my experience. She has her policy posted on the very front. Very transparent not sure what some people want her to explain it for. The price is fair she brings up her sale of the month that she works very hard on to promote and has raffles where she picks a winner. Super pleasant experience will definitely be coming back.

Do you know how inconvenient this was every time I had to pee? Luckily I have a sewing kit and fixed it. Lastly, my husband's patches were inconsistent on his pants. He likes his name sewn to his left pocket as an identifier for other first responders. We received some patches sewn to the right, some sewn to the left. The Monterey county patches and medic patches were all correct thankfully. I will probably just ask them to make sure they're right before I pick them up next time. :)

When calling to ask for payment information, I was greeted by Monica Fernandez in the most rude way. Not only was she unable to give me basic accounting information, but seemed mad that were even bothering her in the first place. She was very short with me, and extremely impatient. Hopefully the human resources department will see this and reevaluate her position in the company, since she clearly does not care about what she does or how she makes the company appear. Please get an accounting team that answers their emails and will treat your customers and distributors with some respect.

AVOID using this business at all cost!!! First, they not only can't get stains out of the clothes…read morethey clean, your clothes will come back with a lot of ink stains on them that they didn't have before that apparently happen when being cleaned. Another reason to avoid this business is the shady business practice of making a quote and then charging a lot more later. Last week they decided to help themselves to $81 more than their usually weekly charge from my bank account and cannot give a reason why. So if you want crappy stained clothes and surprise withdrawals from your bank account by all means use their service.

Before using Surrender, our college teachers' organization initially used a large national corporate uniform outfitter. Wish we had used Surrender first. Our only regret is that we didn't have a larger order for all the extra service we received. Next time Surrender Graphix will get all our business.
