We had them do a small job silkscreen - one color for our non-profit. We got charged $13.50 per piece not including a set-up fee. Pretty outrageous price but they look good. read more

I just needed a couple items embroidered. Great service, quick and really inexpensive. I would definitely recommend. I asked ahead of time about price. they were able to give me an estimate. The same woman who answered the phone was also the same person who helped me in person and called me 1 day later to say everything was ready. Judy I think. She remembered me both times. This is always an extra special plus in my book. No one really gives personalized service any more. They seem really willing to work with whatever the customer needs, with in the limits of course. Customer service above and beyond! I called late and needed a dozen jerseys right away when I realized the school lost ours. I could not believe how calm and peaceful this owner made me feel over the phone as I called her in a panic for this order. Until I received them I kept waiting for something to go wrong as I had people tell me horror stories of other printing facilities that didn't come through. On Oct 2d I dropped two shirts for embroidery. Four letters on each shirt. They were promised for Oct 9th. That's a letter a day! I returned on Oct 10th and was told 'they were just finishing up, could I come back in a couple of hours?' Prepaid and left my phone number. No one had the sense or courtesy to call me to say they had forgotten about my little job and it wouldn't be ready on the 9th. Twenty-five miles at $4.50 a gallon is not a laughing matter to me. read more

I had to place an order for a polo shirt and went in thinking small would be my size as a smaller woman. this shirt was for the police department and included embroidary. I picked up my shirt and tried it on at home and was shocked at how large it was on me. I called and Diana helped me. she understood my issue, (even though I should have tried on the shirts before hand), and said they would reorder the right size for me. that was pretty remarkable and great customer service! read more

I went to get a jacket embroidered, I dropped it off on Monday and received it Friday it was only 2 lines and 2 words, when I picked up the jacket I already paided for it prior so I took it home to look at. The embroidery words are not straight it's slanted which really upset me because I paid 50 dollars for the jacket and for them not to get it straight pits me off. I will not be going back here! If you want straight embroidery work don't come here. read more

I was in a pinch and needed some embroidery done. Called another place that I have worked with before, and my project wasn't worth their time or effort. I called Ace High, they were willing to take on the project (stitching a logo on a big, heavy, awkward sports gear bag). They got it done right when they said they would, the logo came out absolutely perfect, and the price was unbelievably affordable! What the heck? Two stars??? Are you kidding me? Ace was the only place in town that I could find to even consider embroidering such a small job of mine. I only had one stocking needing my son's name on it. They happily took it in and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I called around first because i had no idea where to go. Nobody does single item jobs anymore. I know they're slammed with much larger orders but they never made me feel like my stocking was less important than their larger jobs. Thanks Ace High!
