When searching online not many places do embrodiery on driver caps or they were overpriced. I inquired online and got in contact with the owner Edgar. He told me to bring my driver cap in so they could take a look and see what they could do. I came to the shop with the driver cap that I had purchased on Amazon and the owner Edgar said they would be able to do it for which I was excited about and for a good price. This Michael's has the worst customer service ever. They don't answer your phone calls and they…read moredon't know how to locate a package. They send you to the carrier but the carrier has nothing to do with orders from their store. They're just that middle man. It's ridiculous! I don't recommend this Michael's at all. It's not what it used to be. A lot of things are not but this place just really doesn't even deserve anything more than one star.
