She went above and beyond to make sure the our staff and volunteer t-shirts for the 2019 and 2018 Monterey Peninsula Pride Parade and Celebration looked great. Turn around was quick. Sheri even came to one of our planning meetings and brought us samples. The t-shirt quality was superb and the printing looked great. Our logo had multiple colors and the t-shirts were vibrant. They gave us outstanding, personal customer service combined with prompt turn-around and creative designs. They also carry an assortment of tee/sweatshirts, shorts, totes, etc. w/local school logos. I wish I never called this establishment. If you want someone to ruin your mood, ask for Len, he may be the owner. He basically told me no, we don't want your business. His customer service was horrible. I simply wanted to know if there was a minimum order, did they have a catalog to view, is there a good time for me to visit the shop? He went on about how he's been doing this for 24years and he didn't want to start a print project and then the customer just disappears...crazy phone interaction. I simply just wanted to find a screen print company for my business, a local company I could rely on and physically visit, instead of drop-shipping/order fulfillment. 24 years of service and you can't seem to master a simple phone conversation. I had spoken with his wife previously and she said no problem.The man took a look at my brand new t-shirts and angrily said he could not do it since he didn't know what was in my t-shirts. He would not stop ranting. I asked him how much it would be if he provided the t-shirts. To bad I couldn't write a review about this establishment's work. They were too busy for a new customer's business. I called to see if they could fulfill a customized order since they have the only machine in town that could produce individualized custom t-shirts. When I asked for a week turnaround time I got the run around. I was told that the person who did the jobs would call me back, but he could not promise me that she would be able to fulfill the order due to a large order of towels they usually do for a business. Even after I said I'd be willing to accept a feasible turnaround time for them, I still have yet to get a call back after three weeks pass. For this reason they have lost potential business from me and my constituents. If you're too busy, an acceptable response would be just that. read more
