I was in search of a shop that can digitize a Vietnam War Navy Veteran emblem and create a custom embroidery patch out of it so we can place it on his casket. Everywhere I called told me it would take 2~3 weeks. Linda assured me she can get it done in a week. Although I lived in San Jose, I made the drive down to Gilroy and worked with her shop. She was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Sure enough, she provided me the 4qty 12" embroidered patches on time and it was beautiful. She took a very long time coming to the counter but she was very kind and apologized. They are the only decal place around so that's a plus that they were in Gilroy. She gave us a couple swatches so that we can match the color of the motorcycle. When we came back in we gave her the number of the swatch that matched the color. She said it would be three days. When we came in three days later they were not ready yet. So we asked her to call us when they were ready. It was four days later. Sigh. Well at least we got em.
