I ordered 1 baseball hat over a month ago... I have called 4 times asking for an update but was not provided any information other that "it was ordered". I tried to talk to the guy running the place, Roland, on each occasion. Each time I was told that Roland was busy with another customer. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!!! Most amazing experience and customer service! We called them after being told another shop decided to stop doing the letterman jackets THAT MORNING...right after we drove 45 minutes to get there. Despite the fact that we had called them the night before and spoken with them about getting two patches sewn on to my daughter's jacket. I was frustrated to say the least. But we gave CA Logos a call and am SOOOO happy we did! Roland and Leslie were INCREDIBLE to work with. They didn't even make us leave her jacket behind, but took care of the patches on the spot. Additionally, Leslie was able to remove my daughter's name that was small and poorly positioned and redo it with a bigger, more beautiful font AND add a rhinestone star to it which ended up being so incredibly perfect! Leslie was crazy knowledgeable and a joy to work with! The smile on my daughter's face when she walked out of there wearing her jacket was fantastic! What's funny is this reply that I was unhappy that I wanted something free. That is a ridiculous and frivolous claim. The employee failed to comprehend what I was requesting and failed to understand what I was asking. Don't tell me that I was only charged 87 dollars when the guy told me for four shirts it would cost over 200 dollars. This response is ridiculous and nowhere close to being true. I never made a a statement or even asked to get anything for free and the fact that you and your employee would echo that for your response is amazing. I don't believe the employee understood my request and he also failed to properly explain pricing. The product I got somewhere else looked better than anything that was inside your shop. So the fact that you say you don't do anything with fair pricing is amazing considering the quality in your shop compared to what I received. read more

Went to CALogos after many horrible experiences with Mike's Signs. SO GLAD. This place is very professional, and the product is done when he says it will be done...Not 6+ months later. And the jackets are much higher quality than offered at MS. My daughters jacket came out exactly how he said it would. He even does a print out for you of what it will look like. Yep on the spot! Absolute horrible customer service. Owner was rude and I had to pull my daughter out of the way as it was obvious that he wasn't going to excuse himself. If I could give zero stars I would. We walked out and took our business to another local shop where they could get the small job done in 2 days as opposed to his quoted 2 weeks!
