The storefront is a bit confusing to find if you haven't been before because their suite is located inside an office area. You have to pass a set of glass doors and then turn a corner to get to their shop. If the door is closed, just call the number on the door and they'll let you in. When I dropped off my tops, I talked to an employee who noted down my design and information. I ended up paying $15 per top which I believe is quite reasonable. Their turnaround was really fast too; both of my items were ready for pick-up 2 days later. I initially contacted them via email regarding their services and overall their communication is quick and clear. Sherry and her team are very swift and kind.
