Their customer service team (led by the irrepressible Anjanette) was fantastic to work with - and they overcame our project coordination issues to deliver fantastic tradeshow signage on a tight deadline. Their guidance on the project was super helpful, and we were very pleased with the recommendations they made, the fair pricing, the level of communication with their staff, and the final product. We have already come back for business signage (tasteful & creative - and captured our needs perfectly), additional show signage (which they delivered on a weekend because our marketing manager forgot to pick it up), and are looking forward to other projects in the future! read more

At the very last minute,we found ourselves in a bind because another sign company decided at the last minute that our sign was "too hard" to produce. After a brief Google search, I called Santa Cruz Signs (same as Monterey Signs), and spoke with very wonderful, calming people that provided incredible service and immediate turnaround on our signs. Their graphic artist was a pleasure to work with, as were the rest of their staff. The installer showed up on time, and was extremely professional and accommodating. I wanted perforated vinyl window film for a specific message to be applied to my vehicle's rear window. Christian quickly designed the effective graphics & he even came up with a couple of different designs and more economical choices for me. After my selection was installed, it looked perfect. I had the project as a pdf. Once we got the pdf. to the copymat computer, the person there worked hard at changing the format to fit the 8x8 size and produced the final result, which was beautifully trimmed to exactly 8x8. At the beginning, he had asked how many copies I wanted and I had said one, and his shoulders sank. But he still spent about 15-or 20 minutes inputting the specs, testing by printing and adjusting. When he thought it was just rignt, he gave it to me. said I said it was beautiful. As we went over to the register, I asked how much it would cost, he rang it up and said, $1.02. I said, that can't be right! He said, you're right, it was double sided. That would will be $2.03. I paid the money, and walked out to my car and then came back to him and said that I just couldn't do that and gave him a good tip. You just can't beat that kind of know how, attention to detail, and service to the customer. I will always recommend Copymat for all printing needs.
