Horrible customer service. In the past, I've only dropped off packages in the bin to be shipped but had no interactions. The other day, I walked in to get something faxed. I walk up to counter and the lady that is there counting cash, looks at me, sighs and groans and walks to the back room. Whatever. I see 2 employees helping one person and another one doing something else. All three see me, but no acknowledgement. After about 5 minutes of waiting, one of them says to me, Oh do you want me to fax that, like it's some sort of inconvenience. Of course I do. I don't know what machine to use. To the owner, please properly train you employees in proper customer service etiquette. read more

Great service. And fair. They actually did the unexpected and refunded an error. I used them for legal ( court) papers.

Very pleasant experience today at Postal Graphics. I dropped off a package for FedEx pick up. Attendant was polite and helpful. Good news Hollister, they accept and ship for UPS and FedEx! Choose to drop of your returns here! read more

Postal Graphics - In the Nob Hill Shopping Center - Printing Services Near Me - Hollister, California

Terrible customer service, both in-person and over the phone. The owner should consider holding a team meeting to address how customers are treated and improve the overall experience. read more

The only go to place to ship packages or print some thing, I go often thankful for always able to ship my things safely for the destination

Busy place. Must wait your turn but they are very knowledgeable and do great jobs. Staff know what they are doing.

Helpful gals. Seems a bit expensive although I don't utilize this type of business much. I will definitely use it for FedX and UPS needs since UPS by Lucky grocery is terrible! read more

Always provides great services, very please every time I use their services. They are always very helpful and willing to go out of the way to help a customer. read more

I've been a customer of Postal Graphics for many years. The reason I keep going back is their outstanding Customer Service. I always leave getting done what I need with a smile. Everyone is great, especially the woman with the magenta (now missing) hair. read more

Always great, fast service and decent prices.

I have given this store a few tries, and I'm just done. Last straw was me returning a postage paid UPS package and asking for a tracking receipt. I was told by one of the employees, "we don't print those for customers" Really so I'm going to trust you with my $500 return. Nope, I told her that's fine I will go to The UPS Store here in Hollister. And I did, they are so friendly, and I didn't even have to ask for a tracking receipt they just automatically printed it. Don't waste your time with this place, just go straight to the UPS Store by Big 5. They are friendly and very helpful. read more

Their prices are a little higher than SJ Blue or other blueprint / architectural printing firms. But their service is prompt and they are a local small business. We have been using Postal Graphics for over 20 years. We love the fact that they support our local community and provide local jobs. Their recently enacted $3 "COMPUTER FEE" is a scam. Emailing files or bringing in a file to print from a memory stick should not incur a fee, just because the file passed through their computer. IN FACT, submitting electronic files is faster and less labor intense than if they had to stand there and scan the pages into the machine. I don't get it.... apparently neither do they. The fee should be reversed - scanning hard copies incurs a labor fee, while hitting "SEND" gets a free pass. If it wasn't for the COMPUTER FEE. I'd give them 5 STARS. This is why other people's 2 pages of printing cost $3.22... $3 was the computer fee. read more

Love this place and all the girls work very hard. I've been reading the some of the bad reviews and I feel like the people who complain need a attitude check and are very disrespectful. Don't be rude to them in front of me because I won't stay silent read more

This place is a rip off. I wanted to ship a small package 5" X 12" X 8 3/4" They wanted $40.00, no insurance. This same package was mailed to me from B&BW for 5.99. I realize this may be due to their volume of shipping. But that is no excuse for the price difference to be almost 7 times higher. Another time I wanted to send a package and due to the size which wasn't all that big, I had to fill out a form with all the information like measurements where it was going, weight etc. Do you go into a shipping place equipped with your own tape measure, and scale? She gave me the form and walked away. Never saw her again. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

Yelp gave me the wrong directions somehow, so I had to look for it on Google maps. Use google maps and you can leave a review on yelp because that is what I am doing now. But the employees are nice read more

I have used this business for multiple printing services when I am in town. They are dependable, friendly and prompt.

Really good customer service. Seems like its family owned and its Great that it is local. Has the basic stuff you can do at the post office,But you can also print, laminate, fax and make copies here too. -The faxes here are expensive though,im not sure if this is the going rate everywhere.. cost about $4.57 to fax three pages but I give it so many stars because it is local:) read more

I've only gone here to drop off mail, but the people working here are always helpful. Easy to get in and out if you need to mail something and are in a hurry. This is also where you can get tickets to productions at San Benito Stage. I bought a ticket last Saturday (3/2) for the production of "Spamalot." Service is always great. read more

The folks at Postal Graphics are helpful and polite! I go here for all of my shipping needs, even at Christmas time.

The Postal Graphics crew are the greatest. We are so spoiled in Hollister to get such awesome service when using any of their services. The owner guy who thinks he's Telly Savalas (highest compliment sir) , could easily expand to another bigger space and add coffee and yummy desserts. I'm sure it would be packed. He has trained and mentored his staff to assure that we all get the best attention no matter the size of the job. The staff are the best...the music is always cool.....the work you do is impeccable......bravo!!! guy onthestreet from bigsky read more

The staff at this store are always pleasant and capable, but I'm disappointed Postal Graphics doesn't offer self serve or while you wait printing/copies. If you have single-copy signed documents you have to leave them overnight or go to another location. It seems like the kind of place where you could print up yard sale fliers or something, but totally useless if documents are sensitive or if you need something copied/printed quickly. read more

Staff is pleasant enough but they advertise themselves as providing USPS services yet charge their own rates? I wanted to ship a FLAT RATE USPS priority shipping box and was quoted a price nearly TRIPLE of what the post office charges. When I questioned that I was told "oh we don't do flat rate here" Clearly they can do whatever they want but perhaps they should make it more widely known that they offer their own "version" of USPS services. The location is convenient but I can't see paying alarmingly inflated prices to avoid a 5 minute drive to the post office read more

Running around late in the season trying to get my mom's Christmas cards done. Went to Walgreens and was having trouble. Their nice clerk suggested I go to Postal Graphics as I needed a good scanned copy of their photo. What a delight!! Helpful employees set me all up, we put together a card, they sent a proof on email, a couple of corrections later....Perfect, beautiful cards shipped overnight to their address!! So glad I found this place!! Shop local!!! read more

Very inconsistent posting of store hours, even their own website is inaccurate. Their "Open" sign is on but their doors are locked? I understand shortening hours during a pandemic, but please be consistent, and being open one day of the weekend would certainly support those of us who are working. When you are the only "gig" in town, I guess you can afford best business practices. read more

I have printed here before and never had a problem. Of course until it came to printing my wedding invitations. These aren't business cards, or flyers. My Wedding invitations. I bought the card stock from Michaels, in sets of 3 boxes. They come with invitations, RSVP card and Information card. The 2 small cards are together and after printing you can fold and separate them. I dropped them off, got a proof on the actual paper. signed off and about a few hours later I got a call stating that the machine they are printing with is separating the cards so 1 gets printed and the other gets ruined. By the time she called me 5 were all ready ruined and asked me what to do. IDK what to do, your the printing company. So she offered to send me the design and possibly print the rest on a "at home printer". If I wanted to print them my self I wouldn't have came to a printing company to help me. I asked if they have a standard ink jet printer that she can finish the job I am paying for and she said no. No a professional printing company does not have a standard printer to print from. Its almost dumbfounding. I went to go pick them up and the rest of my blank sheets to take to staples and she still charged me additional $9 for the rest she had done. I try to support local businesses before going somewhere like staples, but they make it very hard sometimes. I was left with a Good luck at staples!. read more

First, let me say the customer service was great. The one star review is the ridiculous price I was charged for two black and white copies (two pages) from a file on a memory stick. $3.22?! I will NEVER go back. Ancient Egyptian scribes weren't that expensive. read more

Clean store. Service ok. The ladies that work there aren't very friendly. Kinda puts the place in a weird mood.

I'm a teacher and a PhD student at UCSC and frequently use up my printing budget before the end of the academic year. When I do, I come here. The prices are well within reason and the staff is always helpful, especially that guy Jerry. He seems pretty chill, though. 10/10 would print again. read more

What doesn't this place offer in the way of services? I first called and asked if they can scan a document and send it to my email so I could save to my computer, they can!!! So I went down , short wait and quick service . Clerk was very nice and helpful. Service fee, was worth it but not sure if it could be done at a better price somewhere else. Probably not locally as we have very few places to help with these kinds of needs. Then I thought; there's probably an app for that! But I didn't have time to figure it out and am not very techie. Thanks Postal Graphics for always being there to help even if it's a small thing! read more

Can't say enough positive! They are always so helpful. Sara is the best & gets things done speedy quick!

went here today for the first time after Staples told me that it would take 24-48 hours to make 10 cardstock copies for me. I spoke with one employee over the phone who allowed me to send in my order by email so i could just come in and pick it up later in the day. They had it ready for me just minutes after i sent the email. when i picked the copies up, i spoke with a different employee who was extremely helpful and cut up my copies for me even though i had originally said i would cut them myself. Great customer service, I will never go back to the staples copy center after being here! read more

I love to support local businesses. That's about the only thing that keeps me coming back here. Charges for printing from an electronic file are ridiculous. Staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes not. I guess you can get away with that when you're the only gig in town. read more

Sent envelope internationally on 07/23/2018, 2:30pm, package ID 31882. Clerk at your desk REFUSED to record the phone at the destination. However, IT IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY. The courier at the destination WILL NOT deliver without the phone of the addressee. Not your phone, not my phone, ONLY DESTINATION phone is what they need. I have suggested again to write down the destination phone, and your clerk has refused AGAIN. Because of that, the package was delayed TWICE. FedEx, please educate your agents. Extra star for the fact that it was able to hit the destination at all. read more

Had a poor experience using these guys to ship a Fed Ex package. My Mom has a serious lung condition and her IV antibiotics (which needs to be kept on ice) needed to be priority overnight-ed to Colorado Springs where she was staying. The package was dropped off in time and we were told it would be delivered. The next morning a package was delivered on time but it was the wrong package, they sent us an iPhone 4S meant for someone else instead of the medication. We called them ASAP to get the situation resolved and were told they would look into it right away and get back to us. After a few hours passed we didn't hear anything so we called back, they said "oh yeah they just located her package with the medication in it" and it would arrive the next day (interesting that we needed to follow up with them rather than them calling us when they found the package). They then proceeded to ask us if we could print a label for them because the Fed Ex driver didn't have the ability to do so. read more
