Horrible experience every time I go into this location. Staff are always rude except for the older…read moregentleman who I always see doing passport appointments. Long lines and short staffed. I had a passport appointment at a scheduled time 2:15. I walk in 15 min earlier. I check in and start filling everything out. I was missing the ss#, I ask my husband to go home and get it. Mind you we live 5 min away. We get called to the front at 2:20 and I let them know my situation. The Asian lady who helped us and is always rude with customers immediately said, "no we cannot help you" I let her know my husband is on his way back and right away she said, "no we cannot help you reschedule." Ok yes I know forgetting my son's social is my fault. I get there 15 min earlier, you don't help me, call me 5 min after my scheduled appt and then say you can't help me because according to your supervisor 'you should've been halfway done with the application already.' How is that my fault?! Awful customer service.

Bruce then saying they were delivered to a different address and they would be returned now it's been over a month the packages haven't been returned and all I get is rude comments from Bruce stating that what can I do? I asked them to return it. Well, what you can do Bruce is find somebody capable of making sure their employees do their job or do the world a favor and jump off a freaking bridge

I had an issue regarding the fraudulent use of a USPS tracking number, and the supervisor who…read morehelped me out, along with the postal carrier for my neighborhood, were absolutely excellent in explaining the situation to me. They were able to clear up the entire matter within a matter of minutes, and once I had the answers as to what was going on, I took action against the perpetrator and filed a fraud claim against him. Thanks to all who helped me out with this.

The letter carriers here do a great job getting the mail out. No one really knows what a hard job…read moreit can be. They must first sort out a huge box of mail into numerous tiny slots . How they can do it so quickly amazes me. Then once they hit the streets they are pressured to deliver each piece of mail at a very fast pace. There are other staff who hide out watching how quickly the mail is delivered. If you are a new employee and not fast enough in delivering the mail, you will be fired. Not to mention the stress of walking the many miles to deliver mail. And the stress on the body carrying the mail on your shoulders.it is not an easy job at all.

This is not a review I thought I would be leaving as it came out of no where as such an amazing…read moresurprise.... I couldn't wait to post here. A few days ago I was heading out my door and heard a honking. I opened the door and there was a postal truck with a guy getting out. It was later in the day. He approached me with a package for someone in my home. He told me that the package had just come in and he wanted to get it to us. He proceeded to tell me his staff had all left for the day so he thought he would do it himself. Wait?!?! Whaaaaat?!?! Your staff all went home and you drove all the way to our house to deliver this package after hours. Whoa! Who does something this awesome in this day and age? We rarely see this level of service anywhere... I asked him his name and he said it is Lamson. Lamson is the postmaster of the San Martin Post Office and this guy deserves to be recognized not only for his high standard of care for people in the community, but his dedication to his job and his high bar of excellence.I thanked him sincerely just blown away that he did this I was so blown away that I went to the Post Office the next day to thank him again and I also feel the necessity to recognize him publicly for who he is to our community. Please remember to thank this person when you stop in the San Martin Post Office. People in his position are always hearing complaints and are dealing with angry customers... especially at the Post Office. This guy needs to hear appreciation from the community for going the extra mile. I am quite sure we aren't the first people to receive his kindness and we won't be the last. People need recognition. It helps to keep the flow of kindness going when we remember to thank someone for their service to everyone. The next person just might be you. Thank you Lamson!
