I will never go back there again. Not because they charge me $2 taping fee!! (Never been charged that for other locations) anyways, the reason why I won't step foot back in here is because the way the manager Ray was speaking to a male employee there. Horrible business. There door says they are open until 7pm and I got here at 6:50 and it was already closed. Called customer service and they directed me to call 800-789-4623 to file a formal complaint. If they want to close early that is fine they just need to disclose that. I'm paying more to give my business to fedex. They are open late and their costumer service is in the USA. read more

I have a mailing box here so I come in quite often. Every time I need help they are friendly, but never very knowledgeable about things. They take a very long time to sort the mail before putting it in the boxes. I once paid for 2 day shipping on something and I didn't get it until 2 WEEKS later and the shipping tracker said it was delivered to this shipping address. They usually have two people present, but I only ever see one of them working. Management needs to encourage them to move faster and work with more enthusiasm. I will not be renewing my box once it's two years are up. read more

Wow, guess I'm not the only one. I've used yelp for ages, but never felt the need to signup until now. I walked into this store with the intention of opening an account with them for my online business (closest to home). Asked the guy a simple question: Do you have shipping paper, and the guy just laughed and said "no." Really? Erm... ok. Walked across the parking lot to the .99 cent store and bought two giant rolls of 3m shipping paper for $2, lol. Guess I'll take the rest of my business elsewhere (like the Fedex store that's less than a block away). read more

I came into this facility semi late for court needing copies of paperwork etc. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Anthony. Not only was he polite, he was efficient. I mean the guy started helping me put my copies together and offered me to staple them. I know the shops a little hidden but any of the UPS stores are economical 10 cents a copy that's pretty good considering how expensive everything is getting I definitely will be back soon! read more

People are always down on UPS stores, however this time around I had a great experience. The customer service was phenomenal and the employee didn't waste a minute of my time, as he completed my translation before even taping up the box. THE WORST shipping experience ever! Only exceeded by THE WORST Customer Service/Support I've ever dealt with. Asked to have a package sent UPS that needed to be there by TODAY, 6/28. Simple. Was charged just under $20. Package was sent via USPS, NOT as instructed. Estimated delivery date currently is July 5, NOT as instructed. Why would anybody in their right mind pay almost 20 bucks for a delivery process that takes three times as long as regular mail, cost three times as much almost as USPS flat rate?! That's part one. Part two; so first I'm trying to track the package on UPS website, no information coming up. Call customer service, find out package was sent USPS not UPS as requested. After explaining the situation they tell me how sorry they are and that I am entitled to a refund but they can't do it. Unfortunately I was only visiting southern California and live 358 miles away in Northern California. USPS customer service was closed and of course the store was closed when I called last night. I called the store in Riverside this morning, spoke to someone named Anthony whose role I'm not clear on. Basically told me I got what I paid for too bad so sad nothing I can do about it the process was completed. I tried to explain the situation "how is the process completed when the package was supposed to be delivered today and won't be delivered until Monday at the earliest?", I asked. Absolutely no help. I call customer service again, go through 20 minute phone call only to find out that there is a specific department that handles this kind of situation and refunds. Call the business retail customer solutions center, NO HELP! They suggest I call the local store! Then they suggest I call USPS and have it redirected back into UPS his hands so that they can deliver it who knows when! This is not the way to run a business. Neither the store personnel nor the customer service or customer retail solutions people have any clue about how to treat customers or resolve issues caused by their own staff. If I had known this would be the result of going to the UPS store, this particular UPS store, I would've rather waited in line at the post office for an hour. At least my package would've been delivered when I was told it would. The lesson here, whatever somebody tells you in the store means nothing. If you don't have paperwork that shows the date that they told you something would be delivered you can be sure it won't be delivered as promised. It may not even be delivered through UPS and you will be overcharged for USPS services here. Who in their right mind, Would pay UPS to deliver a package through a process that takes a week to 10 days to deliver? Not me. Never again! Worst customer service ever! read more

If I could give them no stars I would! My husband called for the notary a few times and was told he would be out until Wednesday. Called and ask if we could come in and would the notary be available. Came into the store less than 10 minutes later and they said the notary could not come out because he was in training. Complete waist of our time and gas! Will not patronize this store again! Awful awful customer service and efficiency. I came for a Sworn Statement. And the staff that does it did not put up a sign he was on break or when he'll come in. I walked in around 9:30am (given the store opens at 8am) and the staff was not there and was told to come in an hour later by the only employee on sight. Mind you, I am a full time student that works part time so I don't have a lot of free time during the day. I tried again around 10:20am. Nope. So I go back to the store around 11:40 am and the man was still not there! So the only employee there told me to come around noon and call in. I do that. Guess what? You guessed it, he came briefly and left. I call the store an hour later, and the employee sounded irritated and told me to come down. After 4 visits throughout the day, I managed to get my Sworn statement at 3pm! That is unacceptable! The excuse I received from the employee was the guy was "out, possibly in a meeting". If you do not have time, don't come here. read more

Staff is incredibly under trained. Management seems to only be there on Tuesdays. I sent a letter through them on July the 3rd but the girl I gave the letter to failed to mention the letter would actually not be sent until July the 7th because apparently only the manager can mail letters. If I had been told on Friday the 3rd that my letter would not be sent for 4 days I would have just gone to the Post Office and not paid the additional fee. The information was time sensitive material and 6 business days later the information has still not been received. Don't go to this store if what you are sending is important or even unimportant cause they will treat it like crap. read more

I called yesterday to ask about coming to pick up a package that I wasn't going to be available to sign for. I had never done that before and was asking how the process works. They said it would be no problem, that I could just pick it up same day. I get to the location SAME DAY it was delivered and they tell me I have to pay a fee because they "held the package" for me... when I specifically called AND ASKED what that process entailed. The package was delivered within an hour of me getting there and the lady who gave me the incorrect information on the phone was present and did nothing to make the moment right. Just said... ooh sorry, but yeah it's a $10 fee because we held it. I wouldn't have used that service if i was aware of a fee, that's why I took the time to call. While they were nice enough, the fact that they didn't waive it for their incorrect information is irritating and I will not be coming back. read more

Always busy. Repeatedly miss placed my packages, would have to come back and show them the tracking showed it was delivered. Only to find out that the package was never labeled so no one was aware of it. Even one of the employees stated they have had this issue a lot, that other customers have complained. When I brought this up to the manager, my concern about this issue as well as what his own employee told me, he respond very rude and defensive about it. Don't bother. read more
