This time I believe the delay was intentional. I make custom items for people and rely on great shipping services so that's why I choose UPS. Please also note that my husband is a driver for UPS so I know EXACTLY how the shipping process and cut off times work. I know exactly when the stores get swept. On Friday, June 14th, I dropped off a package at this location. I asked the tall slim lady with brunette hair if the store had been closed out/ did I make the pickup for today? She said "why do you care, it's only ground"? These were her words verbatim. Now I just brushed them off because I knew I had made the cutoff because it was way before 6 and the driver was just getting there. Mind you, I dropped off a package a few days before and was told by the short small lady that as long as it is before 6, then all is good. (She's great by the way.) so today I decide to track the package because it should be out for delivery. I know this because I ship to this area frequently. When I look, I see that the package has sat in the store the ENTIRE weekend. That means it didn't get picked up until Monday!! So this store deliberately let this package sit for 2 SWEEPS just because I asked if I made the cutoff. Yes, stores get swept on Saturday too!! My package shows a Wednesday delivery. Now when I bought the label, I was told a TWO DAY delivery. It has ALWAYS taken 2 days for my packages to be delivered to this location. This store has already made me loose the business of a state representative because of their delayed shipping, now I have to refund this order to a client because of nasty staff trying to be funny. Like I said, I've tried my best to give this store the benefit of the doubt, but it is the ABSOLUTE WORST and I do not recommend if you need your packages sent. Go to Prince Frederick. Never had an issue with that location ever!! Also, for the comment that the manager made below, total BS. I can during the week around 4pm. I know the pickup process. The package was to be delivered on a FRIDAY so how could I come on the weekend?? Make it make sense!! It was your store because that is what the customer service dept for UPS told me when I called in. So just stop.

    THESE FOLKS ARE AWESOME…read more After a horrible experience at Office Depot earlier the same day (see that Yelp review also)...I went over to see PFG. They had all four of my print jobs properly designed and samples waiting in practically zero time. Amazing. Their graphic artists are really professional and a pleasure to work with, and my brochure samples were waiting when I arrived 15 minutes after I sent the files from my car in the Office Depot parking lot. I went in, picked the paper stock and paid...and they said they would even ship my brochures to my trade show to help me save some time. Wow, very nice. I am 100% confident in the fact I know I will get a professional result, worthy of my customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PFG.

Recently, we honored an invoice from PFG for the purchase of numerous business cards. As of December 11, 2019, it has been three weeks and still no delivery of the cards. Emails and phone calls to obtain a carrier tracking number has not produced results. On two occasions, PFG employees informed us that someone would followup with us to resolve this issue even if it meant simply reprinting the business cards. Again, it has been three weeks and no one from PFG has honored their obligations to a long-time customer. So, we paid for a product that we do not have in our possession? Nor will anyone provide us with a tracking number. With the non-response, we have purchased cards from another vendor and will be seeking reimbursement. Happy Holidays Edward H.
