This business is not accredited by the BBB, and after my recent experience, I believe that is reflective of their poor standards and practices. I brought in an $800 suit jacket for cleaning. When I received it back, it had a visible burn or rust-like stain on the fabric--something that was absolutely not present at drop-off. They sent it out for re-cleaning twice, and the stain remained both times. Not only was the issue unresolved, but the service I received throughout the process was highly unprofessional. I spoke with a young Asian employee, whom I believe is the daughter of the owner. She was dismissive, refused to offer any solution, and declined to provide any contact information for the owner--no phone number or email. When I pressed the matter, she suggested that the stain might have been there prior to drop-off, which contradicts their stated practice of inspecting garments for damage before accepting them. No such issue was documented at intake, clearly confirming the damage occurred under their care. This level of avoidance, lack of accountability, and evasive ownership raises serious red flags. Customers should be aware that this business is not BBB accredited, takes no ownership for damages caused, and fails to offer professional or respectful customer service. I am sharing this in hopes that others can make more informed decisions when choosing a dry cleaner. I submitted the service request form to include I had questions and was interested in their service. I was quickly contacted by Zala she was personable, professional and kind. She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. Unfortunately, my second experience with the exact same item was disappointing. When I picked up my comforter, I noticed small specks of lint scattered across it. I brought this to the manager's attention, and while she insisted she personally handled my item and attempted to remove the lint, that explanation didn't align with the final result. If the issue couldn't be resolved, I should have been notified before leaving--not after I had to point it out myself. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I genuinely wanted this to work. It seemed like the manager had already made up her mind that nothing further could be done, and there was no real effort to try to resolve the issue. At that point, I simply asked for my item back so I could take it somewhere that handles items with more care and attention to detail. It honestly made me question whether my comforter was mixed in with others during the process, especially since I take great care in maintaining it, including regularly steam disinfecting it at home. What was also frustrating was that instead of focusing on my concern, the manager began explaining how other customers' items can come in, as if I was expected to sympathize. My only concern was the condition of my item. Based on this experience, I would recommend keeping it simple here--stick to everyday dry cleaning. I would not suggest bringing larger bedding items like comforters or duvet covers, as the quality and attention to detail may not be consistent.
