Instead she blamed me and never owned up to completely ruining my blouse. You ruined a customer's relationship of many years over 1 blouse. Don't go here, the owner is the issue. This recently happened and I would've stayed a customer if a credit or even an acknowledgement was given. Instead she turned it and stated I caused the discoloration in my own blouse and they clearly provided the cleaning service. The cleaners kept my blouse for a redo because a spot was found and it was returned ruined. Ridiculous!
