I submitted the service request form to include I had questions and was interested in their service. I was quickly contacted by Zala she was personable, professional and kind. She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be using them again and have shared my satisfaction with people I know . The valuable service you offer is definitely worth the price point! There was no email confirming any appointment was scheduled and before I knew it I had a phone call confirming a pick up while I was at work. Then got charged for a missed pick up.
