Nor should they put drop off customers "priority". Fridays are busy. Which is expected. I asked a worker if there were any more baskets in the back? Other than what was in that corner. She looked at me like I was crazy. She had a smirk on her face and walked away from me. Another lady that was doing her laundry walked to the back to ask if they could prop the front door. It was extremely hot. She has a health condition as do I. I have MS. Extreme heat could cause me fatigue. I could get lethargic and fall. The same lady that ignored me could clearly understand and speak English. I don't appreciate that kind of treatment. She offended 3 people. And, if I come back I hope she's gone. Rudeness isn't good for business. I will be sure to share my experience. My brother, mother and I wash clothes every week. That's $50 a week just from my family alone. I hope you will tell your staff that they aren't to use 5 baskets at a time! When you have 5 or more customers there trying to wash their clothes. It's not right. And- when almost all of the dryers are running and it's hot-- OPEN THE DOOR!
