I noticed that their prices continually increased, much like my cable bill, over time. I would also occasionally find that buttons had been eradicated, but only after being at a destination and needing the clean shirt. How is it possible that a button be completely destroyed without seeing all the remnants remaining on the steam board??? The last straw occurred when we realized that Busy Bees had charged dry cleaning instead of laundering my dress shirts. The price difference was significant. The issue was brought up at the pickup and included the manager. The manager and owner of the franchise stated that Busy Bees has been checking the receivables during the service processing and upgrading the clients from laundering to dry cleaning at no additional charge for some time and we should be grateful that they we were only charged this time. The lie was so obvious that it was insulting. We are now using another dry cleaner that is closer, more reputable, and is almost one-third less expensive. So, thank you Busy Bees for breaking us of the expensive habit of using your service out of habit.

I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. If he treats customers like this, can only imagine how he treats his employees The staff members were wonderful and so friendly, but I can not support a business who treats clients so poorly and then tells me, "OH WEll" when confronted later about his abusive behavior.

It was extremely hot. She has a health condition as do I. I have MS. Extreme heat could cause me fatigue. I could get lethargic and fall. The same lady that ignored me could clearly understand and speak English. I don't appreciate that kind of treatment. She offended 3 people. And, if I come back I hope she's gone. Rudeness isn't good for business. I will be sure to share my experience. My brother, mother and I wash clothes every week. That's $50 a week just from my family alone. I hope you will tell your staff that they aren't to use 5 baskets at a time! When you have 5 or more customers there trying to wash their clothes. It's not right. The owners and employees are always friendly and pick up and drop off is always easy - especially with the drive through. Most weeks my husband or I are taking in a handful of his dress shirts but we take all of our dry cleaning here - his suits, my suits, overcoats, my special occasion dresses, curtains, etc. I also take all of my alternations to Dandy and their reliable alteration service has changed how I shop for clothes. Now when I am trying on clothes that don't fit quite right I buy them knowing I can easily get Dandy to help me with the perfect fit. My second surprise was the charge, for the pressing of these four dresses I was charged over $42, yup you read that right. I probably should've walked out then, but I decided to give them a try. My dresses were ready at the agreed upon time and pressed nicely, but was it worth over $10 per dress, absolutely NOT. I have since just switched to Zips and three dresses pressed only costed me the price of one dress at Dryclean Express and they were ready the next day, before the promised time, that's express to me!
