We have used them to alter dozens of suits, sport coats, blazers, dresses, shirts, etc. With Covid-19 among us I stopped in to see how they were holding up and if now would be a good time to have some clothing altered. Since their business was slow and I had several items I needed taken in I decided to bring in a few items at a each week over the next month or two until everything was altered. First, I brought them some jackets to perform sleeve hems on. Long story short I had to return 5 times in total to finally pick up the last jacket. They kept saying my jacket was done, I would visit and find that it hadn't been altered at all. I inquired about how this could happen, they only indicated that they have a new seamstress so maybe she messed up and forgot to do the work. On the 5th visit I asked what they believed their responsibility was in this and if they would cut me a break on one of the jackets I was planning to drop off, the immediate answer was "no, not this time." They offered zero explanation, zero compassion for my time they wasted, and did not take any ownership. I figured that a relationship that has gone on for so many years would have been worth it to them to accept their responsibility and by performing a low valued sleeve hem, that would be a good gesture and attempt to salvage the relationship but instead they didn't care. So I met a new cleaner today to share my families needs, frequency, etc. and begin to establish a new relationship, we shall see how it goes.

I normally would have taken care of this myself but, the apartment is fairly isolated and my power was out longer than most. I took my laundry here and received a warm welcome. They do have full service by the pound so I was a little scared since my clothes were still soaking and probably weighed 3 times their normal weight. They realized this and didn't require me to do their normal pre-pay and totaled it up after they job was done and dry. The service was extremely fast, I dropped off around 1pm and was given a pick up time of 7am the following day. Initially, I thought "WOW, that's fast"... much to my surprise, I received a call 4 hours later saying that everything was done and ready to be picked up! I highly recommend this laudromat!

She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. I noticed as I picked it up from the store and brought it to their attention. Simply getting beyond the communication barrier (barely speaks English) was problem #1, then finally she suggested she send it back to the cleaner for suggestions. After a week, I go back to pick it up and she indicated that their cleaner is a "professional" and did not do that to my sport coat!! I kindly left and explained that I would never use their service again.

One of the coolest parts though about this place is a sign on the door. If you're unemployed and have a job interview, they will dry-clean your interview outfit for free. That is community! The woman who works at the desk collecting clothes, distributing your clean items back to you is bright, cheery, funny and kind. The two times I've used them I have found her to be the highlight of my visit. In fact I walked in over a week after dropping off my items (only my second time in the store) and Sasha greeted me and remembered who I was instantly. Whoever hired her knew what they were doing!
