I don't know why it took me so long to write them a review when I've been coming there a lot for the past 6 months. The blue dress from Madewell was a size bigger than my regular size but I bought it anyway because I loved it so much. I decided to bring it to Mr.Jang after seeing the good reviews on Yelp. I told him I needed it in a day for my vacation. Came back a day after to a perfect fitting fress. I couldn't even tell it has been tailored. I brought another dress (white) to Mr.Jang a month after with the same issue and of course he nailed it again. Mr.Jang is not only skilled but also very sweet. He punched a hole on my belt for free and gave me candies too haha. I also bring my clothes there for dry cleaning. Overall, excellent service, reasonable price and great accommodations. I had some water marks on some some slacks - totally gone after cleaning them. I had a small hole in my black slacks - patched up and fixed (for free!). I highly recommend this cleaner. I took some expensive sweaters and other quality clothes to be cleaned and they did a fine job. But I took a brand new, very expensive shirt with heavily embroidered cuffs to be altered and repeatedly asked them not to allow the embroidery to be caught in the seam and truncated. I demonstrated how I wanted it done several times. I just picked it up and it's everything I feared, the embroidery was caught well into the seam then cut off so I can't even undo the sewing and redo it myself. I am extremely disappointed. As the cleaning was fine and I have been having a terrible time finding a new cleaner (my previous ones retired), I will likely continue to take cleaning there but alterations elsewhere and I am now nervous even about really fine garments. read more
