They destroyed two of my daughter's pageant dresses! AVIOD! they tried to put it on me that I broke clasp & that sometimes when dresses are cleaned beads and diamonds fall off. Also that the clasp was not broken when I dropped it off, but she showed me her pics she took of it being broken day I dropped off. So then if that was the case why did no one ever call me to let me know beads fell off & clasp broken so they could bring to my attention. Would you return your customer a dress with missing beads and no clasp? That makes 0 sense! I refused to leave my dresses for them to fix as both were destroyed by them & they knew what they did to my dresses and never tried to fix in first place. All I asked for was a 1/3 refund on each dress ruined. They refuse bc they have 0 care. Highly recommend you avoid and don't trust them. I paid $257 & trusted them. Took my dress, in new condition to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, the neckline was in shreds. Young's DENIED that they cleaned it. Then they LIED and said I brought it in like that. Would accept ZERO responsibility for what happened to the dress while in their possession. I had to demand my money back, since they insisted that they didn't clean it. I love this place! I stop in about 1-2 times a week to pick up and drop off work uniforms. Service is amazing and friendly. I have never had to wait in line and uniforms are always ready when promised. The prices are definitely cheaper than nearby cleaners. read more

picked up shirts, two had what appeared to be small blood stained spattered spots on front, I asked what happed, they denied and said it was like that when brought it. two shirts with splattered spots would have to have occurred in the same general area, not from wearing them. lady there acted like she didn't understand English. argued with me. never going back again! read more

Used them last week, for the first time. Needed a bridesmaid dress altered/hemmed. Came out to $130, however a family emergency occurred and I needed the dress a bit sooner than expected. Amazing quality and customer service. I have searched for a great dry cleaners in my area for three years. I finally came across Youngs Cleaners last week. They did an awesome job. My shirts and suits were actually cleaned and not just pressed. I came to pick up my suits and shirts with my son. The owner carried my suits/shirts for me, so that I could put my son back in his car seat. I planned on making two three trips back and forth to get everything in my car, but the owner volunteered to help. This type of customer service cannot be taught. The problem was that I need the dress back in two days and I wasn't sure if it could be done. Luckily, Youngs heard the situation and really stepped in to help me. Thank you Thank you, Young's Dry Cleaners. You have saved the day. Just WOW!!! So I was in a pinch to get my daughter a "yellow" yes "yellow" prom dress for prom THIS weekend. I was able to find a yellow dress through a family member who recalled a friend wearing yellow last year. It's priceless not to have to take my child out to shop for this on such short notice (nothing ever fits #shortpeopleproblems), BUT it was filthy. Looked like grease stains all down the front. The lovely lady there assured me everything was going to be just fine and was even able to alter it on such short notice. I was skeptical but boy did she deliver and days early! It looks BEAUTIFUL! This is a horrible dry cleaners. Worst in Pasadena. The woman, who seems to be one of the owners, only hemmed one of my pants legs, but charged me for both legs. Once I got home and realized it I was shocked but figured it was an honest mistake... Thus, I went back a week later and the same woman told me it wasn't her "stitch work" and that she had never seen me or the garment before! I have never been to another dry cleaners in the area, ever, and am 100% certain as I remembered her very well unfortunately. Something is very wrong with her or their business or likely both. I am truly thankful for them I had taken my husband's suit and four white shirts to Zip's not for the price but the location and convenience. When I went to pick them up the suit looked like it hadn't even been pressed and I guess they left the cleaning solution on the sleeve of the suit so it had discolored it. Zip's asked me to let the manager redo the suit and shirts so unfortunately I did and they came out worst. I then took the items to Young's and he said he didn't think he could do anything for me but he would try. Again I am so thankful that he tried cause the suit and shirts came out perfect and he was able to wear it to his son's wedding. I wanted to pay extra for them having to rush the service and saving the day, but they would not take anymore money except the cleaning cost. Amazing seamstress work!! She saved my butt after I (so stupidly) put couch cushion covers in the wash and they came out ripped and torn. She repaired them quickly and I honestly can not even tell where the tears previously were. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Have had my cleaning and alterations done here for quite some time after brief flirtations with other cleaners in he area. There are cheaper chain alternatives were other cheaper alternatives, but I didn't always get my clothing back in the condition I felt like I'd paid for. Everything has been great from here, though. The alterations have always been excellent as well. I often have a problem finding clothing that actually fits my frame and she's taken in numerous pieces for me. read more
