My wife and I have been going to Severn Cleaners now for over 20 years!!! The Owner/Manager (Mr…read more Lee) has ALWAYS been a pleasure....Not only is he a very nice person, he also consistently works to get out the most impossible stains. No business will ever have a 100% rating, but Severn Cleaners under his Management has to be extremely close. In the 20 years+ that we've been going there, we can honestly say he is the "Best" in the business (hands-down!) I don't believe we can ever trust our clothes to any place other than Severn Cleaners - If you haven't tried them, you are missing out on the very best of Quality!!

They did a nice job on the services I asked for, however upon trying the pants on I noticed a weird feeling on the right pocket. There appears to be fabric glue all over and hair/debris stuck on it from the clumping of the glue. Definitely a let down.

Also that the clasp was not broken when I dropped it off, but she showed me her pics she took of it being broken day I dropped off. So then if that was the case why did no one ever call me to let me know beads fell off & clasp broken so they could bring to my attention. Would you return your customer a dress with missing beads and no clasp? That makes 0 sense! I refused to leave my dresses for them to fix as both were destroyed by them & they knew what they did to my dresses and never tried to fix in first place. All I asked for was a 1/3 refund on each dress ruined. They refuse bc they have 0 care. Highly recommend you avoid and don't trust them. I paid $257 & trusted them. Now i have ruined dresses.

So I checked the other pair I haven't even worn yet and the hemming is also loose and coming out, and I haven't even worn them yet. I took them back and she is charging me to hem them again even though her work is the worst sewing I've ever seen. I could have probably done a better job and I can't even sew. I find it pretty remarkable she does the work, it falls apart within 2-3 weeks and she charges me again to repair her own mistake. Once these pants are done I'll never bring another uniform piece to her shop.

I've never had anything negative to say about the service(s) or the condition of my clothes after…read morethey laundered them. I guess, based on another review, I should compare prices from other places. I started coming here recently; after Sun Valley Cleaners closed/retired. My biggest problem with Mountain Dry Cleaners is that they don't seem to adhere to committed store hours. Based on Yelp, they close at 7. I once went there at 6:30PM and the store was closed. However, they did have the change of hours noted on the door - saying they close at 6PM. Since then, I have passed by there on my way home on 3 different occassions to pick up laundry. All 3 times have been between 5:30PM and 5:45PM and every time, the store was already shuttered and dark. The particular problem with today was they were laundring a shirt I needed for a business meeting tomorrow. Time to find a new, reliable / dependable dry cleaners.

TBH, moving forward, I will be looking for a new location to Dry Clean my clothes. In today's day and age, great customer service is the sustainability of a business, and I will not give my money to a business that treats me so poorly!

To say we have never been treated so poorly would be an understatement!…read more We chose this proprietor based on family and friend's recommendations. We brought several pieces to be dry cleaned and we left one short. You see, they "lost" a very expensive custom fit shirt valued at approximately $110 dollars. Just lost it! No explanation..just "so sorry". We went back when we realized it wasn't in the receivables and asked to see if they could find the shirt...they stated to give them time to look and come back. We did. Upon second visit..we were told by an associate that they could not find our item and after a discussion, were told that we would have to talk to Mimi the general manager, but the best they could do was a credit towards future dry cleaning. This wasn't optimal but it was ok. We asked for this in writing and was told no. When we asked when would be an optimal time to call MImi we were told .."we could not call to talk to Mimi" because they "don't answer their phones"!!! What!? How does a business function like this? So again, took time out from a very busy schedule to stop in to see Mimi to receive the credit. This is where it went from bad to unbelievably horrid. We were told in no certain terms that this was our bad luck and that they would not honor their verbal agreement as there was no way we could prove that any of this transpired and we would lose any small claims if we attempted to seek a refund. Please! Do not use this company. They are thieves at best. It is a shame too, because we always want to support local.
