I picked it up only to find that they completely damaged my jumper. Not a single apology or no remorse, instead she decided to lie and said a sorry excuse, "since you are Korean I didn't think to call you about this damage that was already there" Why why I send a damaged unwearable jumper to get tailored and dry cleaned? This was a 33$ service not sure if that's a fair price or not. Anyways I do not recommend and if any reading this can direct me to someone who can fix this I would be very thankful.

I paid around $50 to clean one coat. I picked up the coat to only see that the smell I brought it in with still remained and even an area where food got stuck, the pieces of the food item was still there! I didn't realize this until I got home. Beyond disappointed in myself for not going back and forcing them to clean it again but they were not close to me. I'm just grateful I found another dry. Leaner close to me that actually properly cleaned my coat for $10. But I needed to make sure I wrote a review for anyone contemplating bringing their items here because it will be a waste of money.

Well when I got there to drop off my shirts to be cleaned and pressed there was a gentleman there that was not happy at all. Claimed they lost his suit. I gave the nice elderly lady a bag containing 10 brand new never worn shirts. I asked for them to be cleaned and pressed. I was a bit shocked 10 shirts cost 43 dollars.. I picked up the shirts 3 days later with hangers all wire tied together covered in a big plastic bag. Today I uncovered them and separated them in horror. 43 dollars to have brand new shirts look a wreck. They have more wrinkles than Ruth Bater Ginzburg. I NEED a few of these shirts in a few days AND need a pair of pants hemmed. What a mess this has become. Do I have them re do them ? And find a new competent cleaners or wash them and iron them myself. They cant be much worse. Wow What a TOTAL disappointment. Won't happen again. Shame on me. Gave them a seco d chance and Im so not impressed. ALL the shirts have pressed in wrinkles. Some have shiny spots from over heating. These were ALL brand new shirts. What kind of crack pot operation lets this lack of quality pass thru their doors.

I had a friend's wedding to attend, and because I no longer have to dress so formally for work, most of my suits were hidden way back in the closet, crumbled on its floor, no longer fitting, or covered by little holes the moths had eaten through. I dug the best of the bunch out and took it into Columbia Palace to see what they could do. Even though the owner first exclaimed there were too many holes, she took it anyway and got to work. Two weeks later, my suit looks brand new! I can't believe what an excellent job they did! They've definitely earned five stars and a new loyal customer.
