I am absolutely shocked that this cleaners has a good rating because on 3 separate occasions, the level of service from this place has been terrible. Now I want to preface by saying that I am Korean, and maybe they treat Koreans differently because it's Korean owned and they think they can be rude to us, mistreat us, and charge us "special pricing". First time I was there after moving into the area, I went to this store because it's conveniently located next to the Korean market we shop at and it's he closest near our home. I dropped off a few shirts and slacks, and the guy there was looked annoyed that it was my first time and had to enter new information in. When he rung me up the price was a bit more than what I'm use to paying, naturally I asked what the cost per shirt. He looked more annoyed and sighed before answering! Are you kidding me? In any case, I let it go and got my ticket. Next time, it was lady that handled my stuff, and i asked if there were able spot treat 2 items that looked like you probably clean if you could easily steam cleaned it in which they said okay, but it'll take more time? Then when they rang up the charge they had "special pricing" additional to the standard cleaning which was MORE than the cost of dry cleaning the shirt. Third time involved my wife. At this point. I had stopped going here, but my wife asked how this place was because she said needed to dry clean a dress in a hurry, and i told her I didn't have good experiences there. She still went since, again, it's the closest one near our home and so very convenient when going grocery shopping. After dropping off her items, she texted me and also told me she had a BAD experience as well. The guy at the store yelled at her because she asked if it's 'possible' get something dry cleaned by the next day! Again, the focus here is 'yelled' at her. THEN, he agreed to do it, but charged, again, "special pricing" of $18 to dry clean a dress. I don't think he would've yelled at NON-Korean customers, and I have to believe they they are just seeming making up, on the spot, additional cost stating "special pricing". My wife and I agreed, we will never come here again. read more

Never go here! Brought over $10,000 worth of clothes, paying $140 in dry cleaning, and my item is ruined! I'm talking $6,000 max mara coat, Saint Laurent, burberry jacket and the list goes on. The owners even told me that they wash darks with dark and lights with light. If that were true, what the heck is all the white lint and white thread that came with my scarf?? It was a Saint Laurent scarf purchased just a few months ago and worn twice over winter. Brought to them with nice silky shine all over, looking brand new. Let the picture do the talking. A $850 Italian scarf looks like a piece of rag eh? I attach an online picture to show how it was when it went in the shop, so you can see the difference. I immediately brought it back to them to see what they would be willing to do about it. NOTHING! The shop is run by a couple, and the husband was huffing and puffing that something like this has never happened in his 20 years of business. Like I care? I don't care how long you've been in business. Don't get cocky and do a fine job every time! That's what I paid you $140 for. I will be taking this to Consumer Protection Division with our commissioner and if these incapable business owners don't own up to the wrongdoing of completely ruining someone's new scarf, I will take them to small claims court! This is an honest review of their dry cleaning service after having tried them for several months on a regular basis. They are located in the same shopping center next to the fairly new H-mart that opened up across from Lotte supermarket. So far, I have always been pleased and satisfied with the quality of service every time. I have not tried their tailoring service but have had shirts, suits, and jackets cleaned here. The cleaning time takes about 3 days and the price is the same compared to other places. I can say with confidence that this place is one of the best in the business and would recommend this place to everyone. read more

I've been here sometimes. The service was ok until last time when I brought my cardigan here to get it dry clean since it has fox fur pockets. It took me almost 2 weeks to get the cardigan back since they said they needed to send it to somewhere to get it professionally dry clean. It was ok to me but when I got it back, the tag was ripped off, the authenticity hologram was gone (it is Moncler). The cardigan wasn't cleaned and smelled awful like they just put it together with other unclean clothes and then did nothing except ripping off the tag and the hologram. I bought this cardigan about 1 month before I brought it there (worn only twice) and paid $45 for the service. What the heck!!! read more

This was my first time using this place, but I was very happy with the results. I had to pay when I dropped off my clothes, while others paid when they were picking up their items. I was pretty disappointed with this and am surprised to find good reviews. It was my first time trying this place and I got dry cleaning services. The price appears to be slightly higher than other places (but I could be wrong) and they misplaced one of the buttons on my coat. They replaced it with another button but it is visibly different from other buttons and I'm not very happy about it. She apologized, but I didn't get a discount or anything. I had 4 pants tailored from here. They did an excellent job on each one, and they were done exactly when they said it would be done. It only took them 2 days. 2 of the pants were for my husband who wasn't there when I was telling the tailor what needed to be done. She asked all the right questions to make sure it was done properly. They even had a fitting room for myself to make sure everything was done properly. Their prices are very good compared to others in the area. I would highly recommend them for your tailoring needs. read more

Super Cleaners is a super cleaner! My last few years with area dry cleaners has been very frustrating. The first one I tried left all of our clothes with a purplish tinge. Then we found a great one, but one day they were no longer there. The next one lost my favorite white wool pants, followed by the cleaner who returned a sweater on which they had spilled a brown pasty substance! Well, Super Cleaners was able to return that sweater in gorgeous condition. All the items we brought in were really clean, looking almost brand new. I highly recommend Super Cleaners! It is eight miles from our home, but it is now our regular dry cleaners and well worth the trip! The signs say they do alterations as well, so that will be the next thing we will try. read more
