There were so many choices for dry cleaners I just originally used Zips in Glen Burnie. I wasn't impressed at all after multiple visits. I decided to try out Carousel Cleaners because they were the closest to my house. The women and gentleman (I forgot their names) were very nice and professional. I requested that they fold my dress shirts instead of hanging them and they had no problem doing that. I have brought in a white dress shirt with some pretty bad printer toner residue on the forearms of the sleeves. I picked it up and it was as good as new. They have also done some hemming for me with great results and also cleaned some pretty old and dirty pea coats I have. One evening I was pulling into the parking lot to pick up some items and a gentleman was walking in the door. As he stepped in the women saw him and before he stepped up to the front desk she was hanging up his pickup items without him pulling out his ticket or anything. He immediately said "This is why I love this place." And went on about how awesome they were. From that moment on I knew I found a keeper.
