So I have been here a couple of times in the past. Today however I found out to my surprise you now…read morehave to obtain and use a reusable reloadable laundry card. Thats all fine however here is the problem that I had you pay $2.00 initially to get the card then you have to load it. I spent $14.00 to wash and dry a comforter and to small bathroom rugs. I guess that's fine considering the climate that we're living in right now everything is expensive and prices are inflated. The other initial problem that I had when I came in and found out that the machines don't take coins anymore I was trying to talk with the attendant and she was Spanish and she did not understand what I was asking her and so she was unable to explain to me what I needed to do in order to obtain the card and how to work the washer and dryers. There was another kind lady in the laundromat who explained to me how it worked and how to get money on to the card it would have been better if the attendant could have explained that because if it had not been for the lady helping me I would have had to use my translator to translate the conversation. I understand the clientele here it is primarily Spanish customers but the attendant should also be able to explain bare minimum how to use the machines and she kept on saying $2 and I didn't understand what that meant. The other thing is I ended up having to reload my card I needed a couple more dollars just to drive my comforter I was not able to add two or three dollars the minimum that you can add on the card is $10 so you're basically suck with this card with money on it you can only use it here so if you move out of the area you just have a card with how ever much money left on it. Other than those small problems the laundromat is always clean when I come the washers are always clean and it's a quiet environment I I will continue to come back while I'm in the area because the location is safe.

If you would like to feel unwelcome, this is the place to visit…read more I am a hardworking single father, and I came to this laundromat simply to wash my family's clothes. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Washing my clothes went smoothly, but when I transferred them to the dryer, the dryer stopped working. I brought the issue to the attention of the Hispanic employee working that day, expecting assistance. Instead, she immediately insinuated that the problem was somehow my fault and told me she would not be refunding the money I lost because of the malfunctioning dryer. What happened next was even more disturbing. I noticed that nearly everything I touched was wiped down immediately after I walked away, as though I were dirty. I did not see her do this with any of the other customers who were there, none of whom were African American. In fact, she was noticeably friendlier and more accommodating toward those customers. I do not see color, and I believe everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated compared to the other customers in the laundromat, I left feeling that my race played a role in the way I was treated. I cannot speak to her intentions, but I can speak to my experience and how it made me feel. As an African American man and a hardworking single father, I walked in expecting the same courtesy as everyone else, but instead I left feeling singled out, unwelcome, and treated like trash. I sincerely hope the ownership takes this feedback seriously. Regardless of race or background, every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
