Well when I got there to drop off my shirts to be cleaned and pressed there was a gentleman there that was not happy at all. Claimed they lost his suit. I gave the nice elderly lady a bag containing 10 brand new never worn shirts. I asked for them to be cleaned and pressed. I was a bit shocked 10 shirts cost 43 dollars.. I picked up the shirts 3 days later with hangers all wire tied together covered in a big plastic bag. Today I uncovered them and separated them in horror. 43 dollars to have brand new shirts look a wreck. They have more wrinkles than Ruth Bater Ginzburg. I NEED a few of these shirts in a few days AND need a pair of pants hemmed. What a mess this has become. Do I have them re do them ? And find a new competent cleaners or wash them and iron them myself. They cant be much worse. Wow What a TOTAL disappointment. Won't happen again. Shame on me. Gave them a seco d chance and Im so not impressed. ALL the shirts have pressed in wrinkles. Some have shiny spots from over heating. These were ALL brand new shirts. What kind of crack pot operation lets this lack of quality pass thru their doors.

I absolutely refuse to use the apartment complex's laundry facilities so here I am. This laundromat looks a little on the old side of things but at the end of the day, it gets the job done. The washers drain a lot of water out of your clothes which means less drying time. I'm usually in and out in less than 2 hours. Most of the time, I don't stay and fold my clothes. I just quickly run home to fold and put away clothes. In the summer, it can get pretty hot in this laundromat and the staff always says that the A/C is on. Apparently, management won't allow the A/C to go above a certain temperature but uh, don't they realize that these dryers generate heat in addition to the already hot weather? I probably could go somewhere else but this laundromat is really close to where I live and I don't feel like it's worth driving to the other side of town to get this already daunting chore completed.

The other initial problem that I had when I came in and found out that the machines don't take coins anymore I was trying to talk with the attendant and she was Spanish and she did not understand what I was asking her and so she was unable to explain to me what I needed to do in order to obtain the card and how to work the washer and dryers. There was another kind lady in the laundromat who explained to me how it worked and how to get money on to the card it would have been better if the attendant could have explained that because if it had not been for the lady helping me I would have had to use my translator to translate the conversation. I understand the clientele here it is primarily Spanish customers but the attendant should also be able to explain bare minimum how to use the machines and she kept on saying $2 and I didn't understand what that meant. The other thing is I ended up having to reload my card I needed a couple more dollars just to drive my comforter I was not able to add two or three dollars the minimum that you can add on the card is $10 so you're basically suck with this card with money on it you can only use it here so if you move out of the area you just have a card with how ever much money left on it. Other than those small problems the laundromat is always clean when I come the washers are always clean and it's a quiet environment I I will continue to come back while I'm in the area because the location is safe.

Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM Monday through Saturday. Sunday 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM machines take quarters and credit cards.
