They did warn me that they may not be able to clean the suede panels if it turned out they were made of real suede, which I appreciated. The cost for the full length coat was about $20, and the 3/4 length coat was $17. I also gave them a silk shirt that had ballpoint pen stains on the sleeve. They got out most of it with no damage to the shirt for $5, which I was satisfied with.
