Well when I got there to drop off my shirts to be cleaned and pressed there was a gentleman there that was not happy at all. Claimed they lost his suit. I gave the nice elderly lady a bag containing 10 brand new never worn shirts. I asked for them to be cleaned and pressed. I was a bit shocked 10 shirts cost 43 dollars.. I picked up the shirts 3 days later with hangers all wire tied together covered in a big plastic bag. Today I uncovered them and separated them in horror. 43 dollars to have brand new shirts look a wreck. They have more wrinkles than Ruth Bater Ginzburg. I NEED a few of these shirts in a few days AND need a pair of pants hemmed. What a mess this has become. Do I have them re do them ? And find a new competent cleaners or wash them and iron them myself. They cant be much worse. Wow What a TOTAL disappointment. Won't happen again. Shame on me. Gave them a seco d chance and Im so not impressed. ALL the shirts have pressed in wrinkles. Some have shiny spots from over heating. These were ALL brand new shirts. What kind of crack pot operation lets this lack of quality pass thru their doors.

Would you return your customer a dress with missing beads and no clasp? That makes 0 sense! I refused to leave my dresses for them to fix as both were destroyed by them & they knew what they did to my dresses and never tried to fix in first place. All I asked for was a 1/3 refund on each dress ruined. They refuse bc they have 0 care. Highly recommend you avoid and don't trust them. I paid $257 & trusted them. Now i have ruined dresses.

The woman who works at the desk collecting clothes, distributing your clean items back to you is bright, cheery, funny and kind. The two times I've used them I have found her to be the highlight of my visit. In fact I walked in over a week after dropping off my items (only my second time in the store) and Sasha greeted me and remembered who I was instantly. Whoever hired her knew what they were doing!
