I submitted the service request form to include I had questions and was interested in their service. I was quickly contacted by Zala she was personable, professional and kind. She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. The drop off / pickup process was seamless, the clothes were fresh, and the presentation was neat. My washer machine recently gave up. While I await a replacement, I decided to go with a laundry service. I found this company on Yelp and cross checked the reviews on Google and decided to go with it. I place an appointment for pickup for the very next hour. While I chose the next day option, Zala let me know in the evening that my clothes were ready. My clothes were picked up for 10:30 and dropped off a little before 8:30. My 23 lbs of laundry were neatly folded and distributed in 3 bags (clothes, undergarments, towels). Zala was responsive and quick. I will definitely be using this service again! I tried this service for the first time this week and was genuinely impressed. I booked it on the same day for the evening but had to reschedule due to some changes. They were very flexible and accommodating. Zala was highly communicative and quick to respond to my questions on Instagram. They picked up my dry cleaning at 5:30 PM and delivered it back the next day at the same time.
