When I picked up my jacket the hardware was complete tarnished. She told me it wasn't her responsibility and evaded any responsibility for the damage to my jacket. She even went as far as blaming another employee for taking my order and not having me sign to say they aren't responsible for damage. I know I interfaced with her specifically. Eventually she told me I could wait another two weeks to have the jacket reviewed by the company they outsourced the job to in Richmond, but after dealing with her cavalier attitude and blaming I decided to take my jacket and leave. Do not let this cleaners clean your leather. I plan to try my best to clean the hardware or have another shop repair it.

I was charged "special handling" for all the sheets because they are apparently incapable of washing standard cotton sheets without "damaging them" despite pricing being on website and app with no asterisks. i also asked to have a zipper repaired on a skirt. They charged a 25 dollar sewing fee and 45 dollar alterations fee which they still have been unable or UNWILLING to explain the difference between. Finally, the customer service is abysmal. They don't send notices of arrival time as advertised and when I called about the charges on my order, the representative I was forced to endure was poorly trained and couldn't have been less interested in hearing the specifics of my questions. I won't make the mistake of using them again.

From the outside it appears to be clean, inviting, and never busy. Once I arrived, it was very clean, smelled good, organized, excellent service from the staff, and it was very spacious. Bonus to this place is that it is not coin operated. You will need to purchase a laundry card and add the funds . . . how neat! In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.
