I was in a serious debacle trying to wash clothes in my own building that I had to google this…read moreplace because I wanted to try it specifically. From the outside it appears to be clean, inviting, and never busy. Once I arrived, it was very clean, smelled good, organized, excellent service from the staff, and it was very spacious. Bonus to this place is that it is not coin operated. You will need to purchase a laundry card and add the funds . . . how neat! In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

I came here today (8/30/25) to do laundry at around 11:30pm and the man that was here working was…read morevery disrespectful. I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.

The old laundry machines washed the close very clean and they used to wash them for longer then 40 minutes. Now they've completely replaced the washers and the dryers. But I've noticed that each of them have different times even though they are on the same setting. Also they prewash half of the time so which is terrible. And I noticed it will say like 34 mins but then I set up a timer on my phone because I noticed it cuts down on the time which is very odd. These new machines are terrible. The washers suck. I also told the lady that worked here and she ain't seem to care.

One of the washers failed while my clothes were inside and staff actually asked me to come back tomorrow. NO! I told them to call the owner or call a service company and get my clothes out. They refused because "the owner lives in Virginia." Why do I care? You're here to provide a service. Something needs to be fixed so fix it. It's absolutely ridiculous to ask a customer to come back the next day to pick up their belongings. Now staff is treating me like crap because I'm asking for my things. It is not my fault their machine broke and I shouldn't be asked such an unreasonable request. I'll post more once I know the outcome... Edit: they believe they can get the washer door open. They claim the washer is fine but the timer is off. However, I stood in front of it for over an hour and never saw any soap released into the washer. I requested they pay for it to be rewashed in a machine that works and they said no. Got the door open and said she wasn't paying to wash it again. I said you better ask your boss. Sure enough he told her to pay for it I will NEVER come here again. A customer shouldn't be treated like crap because one of their machines failed. But if you need to cash a check and pick up a knock off coach bag, this is the place to go... Edit: I watched as they did drop off services and they literally washed this woman's clothes (lights, darks, sheets, towels, etc.) all in one load. WHO TF DOES THAT!?!
