I purchased a bottle of softener and bleach from this business, neither was sealed. I smelled the bleach, it had a faint bleach smell. So I placed my finger in it, no tingle sensation, the texture of my skin did not change. I came back to my vehicle, dropped a little on an old black T-shirt,.. the color remained the same. After which I went back into the building and she was of no help. To me, the empty containers that were used by patrons, they are taking them out and reusing them, not only reusing them, they're stretching the products with water and reselling them. I didn't accuse the woman of this. But after she couldn't look me in my face, I told her I think you know exactly what I'm talking about here and if you guys are ripping people off, that's terrible. If you're purchasing anything from this business, check before use. They've lost a customer.

I explained to her that I am a registered nurse, I have 2 jobs and have been working long hours and did not have time to wash my clothes. I'm working day and night to help with the coronavirus outbreak and this is the treatment that I get. My washer and dryer went out at my home so I reached out to them through FB messenger two days ago asking specific questions; such as, "Is it really busy in the morning when you open at 6:30 because I have two little kids at home to take care of?" Their response was no, morning is slow. I arrived at the laundromat this morning at 6:55. The sign on the door said they don't open until 7:00 when it says 6:30 online. I waited 15 minutes before trying to call the number listed online because the business was still not open. The person who answered told me I had the wrong number. When I proceeded to text the number as asked on the voicemail, someone responded by asking me to call another number or go to their other laundromat. I sat there until 7:20, still no one showed up. Whoever the manager/owner is they are very unprofessional and do not care about wasting other people's time away from their family. You will not be getting my business at either of your locations. I recommend you update all of your information online: phone number and hours of operation. The person that responded through FB could have told me then that they don't open until 7:00 as well. There are times when I have had the attendance there washed and dry and fold the clothes for me because I'll be short on time. This facility is always clean and the staff is very helpful and respectful. If you need your clothes, clean and a place that's not too pricey with the machines are very clean come here.
