Thereafter the employee began to harass me, yelled at me, screaming, telling me that her boss does not pay her for overtime and that she needed to go home. It takes 45 minutes at least for the clothes to completely wash. She told me that I could not dry my clothes and that I needed to leave. I explained to her that I am a registered nurse, I have 2 jobs and have been working long hours and did not have time to wash my clothes. I'm working day and night to help with the coronavirus outbreak and this is the treatment that I get. I was able to dry my clothes for 15 minutes before she stood behind me yelling and harassing me saying " my boss does not pay me for overtime, I have to go home" I am very upset, and disturbed by the treatment that I received tonight. I'm also leaving my review for the Sunshine location because the information is incorrect for them as well online and both places will not be getting my business. I had the worst experience with this business and it's management this morning. My washer and dryer went out at my home so I reached out to them through FB messenger two days ago asking specific questions; such as, "Is it really busy in the morning when you open at 6:30 because I have two little kids at home to take care of?" Their response was no, morning is slow. I arrived at the laundromat this morning at 6:55. The sign on the door said they don't open until 7:00 when it says 6:30 online. I waited 15 minutes before trying to call the number listed online because the business was still not open. The person who answered told me I had the wrong number. When I proceeded to text the number as asked on the voicemail, someone responded by asking me to call another number or go to their other laundromat. I sat there until 7:20, still no one showed up. Whoever the manager/owner is they are very unprofessional and do not care about wasting other people's time away from their family. You will not be getting my business at either of your locations. There are times when I have had the attendance there washed and dry and fold the clothes for me because I'll be short on time. This facility is always clean and the staff is very helpful and respectful. If you need your clothes, clean and a place that's not too pricey with the machines are very clean come here.
