I was charged $10 per sleeve, but upon picking up my order, I was told that the other sleeve wasn't so bad and I was being refunded for that sleeve. I took a look at the stitching when I returned home and was absolutely horrified at what I found. I'm not a seamstress, but I quite literally could have done this myself. The work was not high quality at all. It did not even remotely resemble the original stitching. It looked like she just worked the thread around a few of the original stitches and called it a day I could have done that at home with my own needle and thread instead of embarking upon nothing short of an adventure just to be able to find this place. This was definitely not worth the money and I do not plan to return.

I returned to explain the issue, but the staff member was rude and unhelpful, saying she would look for the missing button but refused to fix the loose ones. She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. I visited said cleaners on a Saturday afternoon to drop four dresses off for PRESS ONLY as I had already laundered them at home, I also thought this would cut the wait time down a bit. Well, my first shock was that I was informed my dresses wouldn't be ready for pick up until Thursday I understand that they are closed on Sunday, but four days to press four dresses? Not one thing is express about that! We settled on Wednesday after 4pm which is still pretty much Thursday, but slightly better. My second surprise was the charge, for the pressing of these four dresses I was charged over $42, yup you read that right. I probably should've walked out then, but I decided to give them a try. My dresses were ready at the agreed upon time and pressed nicely, but was it worth over $10 per dress, absolutely NOT. I have since just switched to Zips and three dresses pressed only costed me the price of one dress at Dryclean Express and they were ready the next day, before the promised time, that's express to me!
