She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. I had to immediately put it in the washer machine because I couldn't wait to take it back the next day. The dress was brand new. I called the next day and told them what happened they gave me the managers number. He texted a day later saying I could bring my pants in I told him it wasn't pants and it was a dress and unfortunately due to the horrible smell I washed the dress. He told me it was nothing he could do since I had already washed it.
