The machine I used didn't agitate my clothes properly, so I had to dry them repeatedly over 24 hours. When I dropped them off today, I received a call stating that my clothes were ready. However, the rude elderly lady at the counter told me that my clothes smelled like regurgitation. I was appalled, to say the least. This is your job; I'm sure you handle all types of laundry. I am still in disbelief over the audacity of her remark. Needless to say, I will never patronize this "Jesus" establishment again.

She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. I had to immediately put it in the washer machine because I couldn't wait to take it back the next day. The dress was brand new. I called the next day and told them what happened they gave me the managers number. He texted a day later saying I could bring my pants in I told him it wasn't pants and it was a dress and unfortunately due to the horrible smell I washed the dress. He told me it was nothing he could do since I had already washed it.
