I'm not sure what they use to clean the clothes with but I picked up my dress three days ago and when I took it out of the plastic it had a bad smell. I had to immediately put it in the washer machine because I couldn't wait to take it back the next day. The dress was brand new. I called the next day and told them what happened they gave me the managers number. He texted a day later saying I could bring my pants in I told him it wasn't pants and it was a dress and unfortunately due to the horrible smell I washed the dress. He told me it was nothing he could do since I had already washed it. It's crazy because who will keep a stinky ass dress and I didn't want to throw it in the trash because I had bad a decent amount for it. The text messages is below. Claims to not have had my clothes. Arguing with the owner for 30 minutes. He's telling me with anger that my clothes aren't here. I practically had to force him to spin the machine only to find over 10 pieces of clothing. He tells me it was under the wrong phone number as if that was my fault. Why would I give you another persons number that brings their clothing here that I don't know. Clearly somebody was at fault but it wasn't his. Not only that that was possible but the fact that he was arguing with me in defense only to be wrong and never once apologized. Customer service is the worst and it plenty of more respectful people close by. Honestly, I don't think he's to fond of black people. Only for our money! This cleaner is the worst ever, the prices are so low you get what you get. Do not take your clothes there they messed up my dress and blouse. I tried talking to the guy about Elasticity in my dress is gone he pretended he did not understand. The manager want be back until Monday I see what they have to say. Today I entered the facility to drop of clothing. Keep in mind that I have been using them for 20 years. In the past It was my belief that they were communicating in Spanish in derogatory manner about their clients especially the African American patrons. Unfortunately, today it was clear that they were talking about me and African Americans in general. When they suspected that I understood they began to sing a song that included the terms negro, negra, oscuro. They continued to look up to see if I was able to understand what they were saying was maintaining a level of laughter and joy as they appeared to be having fun at a customer's expense. Worst experience with a dry cleaners. I took a new pair of grommet black out curtains to be cleaned. When I picked up the curtains the blackout liner was hanging below the curtains. I did not take the curtains and requested the managers contact information. The clerk assured me the 'cleaner' would fix the problem. Finally spoke to the manager after several attempts. He was supposed to follow up and would return my call. Well 3 weeks later no return call. Bad bad this is one the worst clearness in the area. I have use them for well over 15 years or more. It must be under new owner. The have poor customer services and the damage and loses clothing. They had two my items that was incorrectly I left the two items and they could nit find the items. Terrible first experience with tailoring!! I brought in 3 pairs of work slacks that I purchased for a new job. The man who the 2 girls working the referred to as 'the tailoring guy' seemed like he knew what he was doing as he pinned my pants 1 after another. I recall being surprised at his technique: he ONLY pinned the front of the pant-legs, not the back. He did this very quickly (which made me a little uneasy), but he truly seemed like he knew what he was doing, so I brushed off my worry. Later, upon taking the pants home, I tried all 3 on (with the same pair of shoes I had them tailored with) and they were TERRIBLY short!!!!!!!! I'm talking the pants ended just slightly below the top of the shoe (I don't wear heels FYI). If I even leaned over a little, it looked like I was wearing high-water pants! I've spent the last few days calling them trying to see if I can have them fixed, but NOONE answers the phone. I'm going to go there today and demand my money back if they can't be fixed. My regular cleaners moved so I tried out World cleaners. Their prices are reasonable for dry cleaning but you get what you pay for. I brought my clothes here twice and never again. This cleaners has bleached my clothes, broken buttons, and lost items as well. I used this cleaners for about 1year. Then all of sudden they seemed to make more mistakes. The last straw for me was when I took a pair of pants there and pointed out stains with the red tape. When I got the pants home, I saw that all of the stains were still there. This place is awful!!! I will never patronize them again. They have very poor customer service. I had the worst experience with them. I brought my daughter's gown to be altered. I had a bad feeling from the beginning and should not have left the gown with them. When I tried to ask any questions about the alterations that needed to be done, the seamstress that was helping us (and I use the word helping loosely) was rude and gave very short responses. Never the less, I was referred by a neighbor to them, so I gave them a chance. When I came back to pick the gown up the seamstress brought me the gown in the dress bag, but never unzipped the bag to show me the alterations that were completed. The seamstress proceeded to ring me up and tell me how much he services were. I told him that I wanted to see the dress first. When I unzipped the bag I saw a big grease stain! When I questioned the man about the stain he told me the stain was already on the gown. The gown came straight from the store and still had the tags on it, THE STAIN WAS NOT ON THE GOWN WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THE CLEANERS. When I asked the seamstress why he did not clean the gown he proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for it to be cleaned! Needless to say, I was furious!! I have be a loyal customer for 4 yr. I come into the cleaners to pick up my clothes and my white pants was dirty after I paid for them to be cleaned. They took them and said I will get them back in 2 days. I cam back as told he said they are not ready yet come back at 5pm. I said I will come back tomorrow he said ok. If I could give a negative ZERO...this cleaners associates..RUDE!! I have brought several pieces of my clothing here and im not even geeeted appropriately. When I walk in I speak I have a smile on my face but after 3 or 4 times doing this without even an Hello. The seamstress acts as if someone has personally insulted his ass. His work is basic at best. I brought my coat to have buttons replaced and asked him to tighten the others of course when i got it back another button came off. The lady I've dealt with acts the same. Their cleaning was fine until my jeans, but I just dont want to spend my money where im not welcome. I'm bringing you business and I'm treated like my money is of no use.
