We were desperate to find a cleaning company to come out and clean our empty house prior to moving…read morein. We were out of state military on our way and wanted our house clean when we arrived. Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. (I'll spare readers the hair from the drain)

I wanted a quote on a home I moved out of and provided a description of the work which included miscellaneous papers, and debris from the big move out and she mentioned she would need to put a hold on my credit card and take a deposit (which was not a problem) but I did mention that was odd. She responded, "Its actually not odd" and made several other comments. I personally have worked with many cleaning services and none have ever had a requirement outside of retaining a credit card on file. She then told me to "get a quote from another company" and hung up on me. I would stay far away from this company!

I noticed several things she missed and asked her to dust the fan and she dusted one fan and seemed in a rush to leave but I thought this was because she'd run over time or had to go to a next appointment so I tipped her and she left quickly. When I told the woman on the phone she didn't clean the fridge and other things she was apologetic but told me the fridge wasn't on the checklist so I checked the checklist they sent and went around to the things on the checklist and as you can see from the pictures the other things on the checklist were not clean... The worst part is this is a move in cleaning. So there was no furniture she had to work around and no furniture to clean! For 3 hours with no furniture everything should be clean. I thought they'd offer for someone to come back or money off a next cleaning but they didn't offer anything except apologies.

I found Leticia (owner) and ABLV through Yelp when I submitted a request for cleaning services. I…read moreended up hiring them for a deep clean and monthly cleaning. However, I only utilized their monthly services once. Almost did it again but Leticia's lack of professionalism caused me to look for services elsewhere. Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. I submitted a request through Yelp - obviously, it was routed to several businesses, including this one. So what does Leticia's bitter and unprofessional self do? Take a screenshot of my Yelp request and send it to me. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes. You mad because I started looking elsewhere after you and your team left filth in my house and a bad taste in my mouth? Stay mad, ma. Wouldn't recommend this company... at all. Maybe if you're desperate like I was this week, but honestly, even then, more drama than it's worth.

I sent her a Zelle payment of $50 to lock in the confirmed date/time, and price. Just as the the time and date approached, Leticia texted me at the last minute to say that she had to raise the price and change the date/time. I told her that her proposed schedule and sudden increase in price didn't work for me. I asked for my refund back. She responded that she'd send me the refund. It's been 2 weeks, and she refuses to respond to my text messages asking for the $50 refund. I would not trust or use her services again.

In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time.
