I've had help printing, scanning, copying and shipping. I do think Fed Ex can be more expensive than the PO in most cases for shipping, but that's a company-wide issue. This location sometimes seems understaffed, especially at peak times or if you happen to arrive just when the Fed Ex driver comes to load packages. But busy is not rude. Today, a young man named Bryan helped me through printing and copying flyers from a USB thumb drive. I started at the copier, then moved to the computer to figure out why the copier split my document in two. The computer printed it properly as one page BUT with a streak down the page. I finally used my phone to email it to Bryan who printed it correctly and made copies. Throughout this process, he helped me at each machine, credited me properly for the defective copies, and was friendly and professional. He was working alone, and of course during this time, the driver came to load packages, and another customer needed help with a document, but Bryan multi-tasked calmly. Kudos to him. As mentioned, I've always had good experiences with the staff here. I go here for copying and printing services, though I use other carriers for shipping. As a side benefit, this store has interesting greeting cards for sale. The later hours in the evening are helpful too.

The listed delivery address on the package was already correct and current, yet someone at UPS decided to override it on their own. This was completely unacceptable, especially because the items I ordered were time-sensitive and the unauthorized address change caused a major disruption to an event being held at my home. I fail to understand why a UPS dispatcher would take it upon themselves to redirect a package without the recipient's consent or verification. This situation reflects a serious lack of accountability and poor customer service. Customers should be able to trust that their packages will be delivered to the address they actually provided -- not an outdated address chosen by someone else at UPS.

We rented the truck for 2.5 hours and drove it 27.3 miles.When we dropped the truck off, I looked at my husband and asked if he wanted to get a bite to eat before my next appointment. The girl said we could go and she would email us the final receipt. My husband looked at her and said we went 27.3 instead of the estimated 25. "No problem I'll take care of it". We got the email and we were charged for 98.3 miles. I have a call in to u-haul customer service as a have some paperwork showing the mileage is not possible. I'm hoping this was an honest mistake and will be fixed in a timely manner.

This is a small location and today had one staff person "available". I went to send an item back to…read morea store and arrived with my label and box ready. There was a man being serviced when I arrived. The associate did not say a word when she returned from the back to see me standing in line. Not a single greeting. It was the end of her shift and she had already let the man she was servicing know and he told me before she returned from the back. It was 3pm and the store hours for Thursday said 7:30pm. So I figured ok, I am good. Well I was wrong. She had to keep leaving the store front to go back to another computer to try to print the man's return label. After 3 unsuccessful attempts her coworker must have arrived in the back for his/her shift. I was hoping that maybe the coworker would come to help since by then I had been standing without a greeting and without a, "I will be with you shorty" for now about 15 minutes. So I asked her, "is your coworker available to come help?" She said, "no she is not". Mind you, those were the first words that she said to me this entire time. So as a manager and an employee, I am all about customer service. I also understand that people are tired, busy, burned out, etc. There was absolutely no excuse for this today. She did not even at least excuse the wait or greet me when she saw me standing there. She did not acknowledge me as a customer. That is minimal! Maybe she was tired, maybe she was moving slow because it was the end of her shift, maybe she had something going on internally...I have no idea. However maybe I too had those things going on and not even once did she treat me like I was human let alone a customer. Her behavior was deplorable and unacceptable.
