The listed delivery address on the package was already correct and current, yet someone at UPS decided to override it on their own. This was completely unacceptable, especially because the items I ordered were time-sensitive and the unauthorized address change caused a major disruption to an event being held at my home. I fail to understand why a UPS dispatcher would take it upon themselves to redirect a package without the recipient's consent or verification. This situation reflects a serious lack of accountability and poor customer service. Customers should be able to trust that their packages will be delivered to the address they actually provided -- not an outdated address chosen by someone else at UPS.

I have seen multiple complaints on this platform as well as other platforms regarding the individual who identifies himself as the owner of this establishment. While I personally do not engage in conversation with him during my visits, he frequently attempts to initiate interactions, often with unprofessional remarks such as "that's a lot of shoes there" I usually ignore him because like, we're not friends bro. Do your job and get out of my face. It is perplexing why someone would choose a customer service role if they are disinclined to serve customers and moreover, serve them professionally as comparable compensation is available in various other professions. My recent experience unequivocally demonstrated his unprofessional demeanor. Apparently, observing my solo presence, he exhibited a discourteous attitude, instructing me to take my package elsewhere due to a complaint I lodged regarding the slow service. This occurred at the register, where the clerk also refused to provide a receipt, and the "owner" directed me to the UPS store in Waldorf. Notably, his behavior differs significantly when my husband accompanies me. Given the prevalence of similar complaints, it appears there is a consistent issue with his conduct with women only......humz...... I advise patrons to avoid this location if possible. Alternatives for Amazon returns include Kohl's, Staples and Fed Ex now! While regular shipping services are available at the USPS. read more

Each time I go to the UPS store in LaPlata, I am impressed. The store is very small, and the staff are very patient and knowledgeable. There is usually a very long line, but they always handle the crowd efficiently. When I was there the other day dropping off an Amazon return, I did not realize that Amazon had assigned two QR codes for two items that came in the same package. The manager was trying to explain this fact to me, and I did not believe him and left with allowing him to only scan one QR code. When I went to my car and realized that he was correct, I went back into the store, and he was good humored and gracious to me even if I was a tiny bit rude when he was trying to explain it to me in the first place. Customer service is OUTSTANDING at this location! I will continue to go to this location and recommend it to others. read more

Toni's name and picture should be by the definition of excellent customer service. I had a package that a customer needed to pickup at the UPS Store, have it notarized and then sent back. The transaction was of a timely nature. My customer got called away from the area and we needed to get package overnighted to another UPS store. During the entire process Toni communicated at key points throughout to keep everyone informed. She also took the initiative to call my customer to alert him that the package had arrived. She made sure the package was to arrive in a timely manner that accommodated my customer. 6 stars for Toni! read more

I would give this store NO STARS but at least one is required to post a review. The owner has TWICE, on separate occasions, completely disrespected me; once when I was by myself, the second time in front of my husband. He is rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional. The customer service is an absolute joke…read more Friday, 27 Feb, at 2:10pm or so, I go in with a bunch of Amazon returns...some needing boxes and labels and others placed into a plastic bag. I had boxes, preprinted labels and tape. Because I had this mix and so many, I thought it would be easier for me and the staff to sort it all out and process myself at the self-serve kiosk. I start and I need a large bag. I asked the older lady, I think Diane, and she passed one to me. She then says to place the packages on the counter once I'm done. As I start I needed more space. I turn to place a checked-in package on the counter but there are people moving about and the staff were assisting customers. Because I didn't want to leave my items unattended, I placed them in the self-serve kiosk bin. I'm moving right along when Diane comes over and looks in the bin. She said I thought I told you to place these on the counter. Nasty like. I said excuse me!? I needed the space and I didn't want to leave them unattended on the counter. You can retrieve them from the bin when I leave. She proceeds to argue with me and say that's not what the bin is for. I looked at her like she was crazy and said ma'am, pls leave me alone so I can be done. She then says something about that bin is only used when they are busy. I said again, a little louder, ma'am go about your business and leave me alone. You can get the packages as soon as I'm done. The younger lady tries to intervene at this point and tells Diane to leave me be. I said yes, pls leave me alone. A customer walks in so Diane goes back to the counter. After she's finished with the customer, I hear her ask the time and then she says she has 7 mins left. I continue on and a minute later, as I'm trying to figure out which home printed label goes with which item, I hear someone say excuse me. I look over and it was Diane, asking me to move so she can get my packages out of the bin. I said ma'am, you can get them all when I'm done. She said no, you're going to move. At this point I'm heated, I said you need to back up (cause she's right up on me). You would want to back up. The younger lady again tried to intervene and tells Diane to leave me alone and let me finish. It's fine. Diane said no, she's not leaving the packages for the next shift. The younger lady then says to leave me alone cause I'm causing a fuss. I said I'm causing a problem!? Are you kidding me! She quickly backtracks and says that both of us are. I'm being harassed and attempted intimidation at the self-serve kiosk and I'm causing a problem. At this point I stopped talking and didn't budge from my spot. Diane goes back to the counter, talking all the way and younger lady is agreeing with her. I finish and proceed to leave and the younger lady gives me a condescending have a nice day. I don't reply. If this is UPS' idea of customer service, holy crap. Absolutely ridiculous.

Long story short he dose not keep his word and forgets conversations that have been discussed about your delivery, He just really seemed as though he didn't want to deliver our furniture so finally after a couple days we pin pointed a date I assume he put us on his schedule for that day ,but somehow he didn't have a schedule or he just conveniently forgot . My husband and I took off from work for this delivery day but no delivery. So we are really frustrated at this point. Went back to the store told them what happened and now we have to hire our own moving company to get our furniture home because at this point we don't want to deal with him anymore .Thank God we were able to find a honest and accountable business to help which is so important have peace of mind knowing that when a business gives you their word you can rest assured knowing they will do what they say !! They had all four of my print jobs properly designed and samples waiting in practically zero time. Amazing. Their graphic artists are really professional and a pleasure to work with, and my brochure samples were waiting when I arrived 15 minutes after I sent the files from my car in the Office Depot parking lot. I went in, picked the paper stock and paid...and they said they would even ship my brochures to my trade show to help me save some time. Wow, very nice. Recently, we honored an invoice from PFG for the purchase of numerous business cards. As of December 11, 2019, it has been three weeks and still no delivery of the cards. Emails and phone calls to obtain a carrier tracking number has not produced results. On two occasions, PFG employees informed us that someone would followup with us to resolve this issue even if it meant simply reprinting the business cards. Again, it has been three weeks and no one from PFG has honored their obligations to a long-time customer. So, we paid for a product that we do not have in our possession?
