    This place is terrible, the older black male that's the "manager" was rude and wouldn't give his name. I've seen bad customer times service before but this guy needs to be fired. Refused service and cursed at me unprovoked.

    A decent experience. Owner quickly printed out the page I needed after emailing it to the shop. 30 cents a page. He was nice, just very matter-of-fact and to the point, which can be very off-putting if you're not used to it. This is a preferred option for me, as opposed to having to also pay for computer time at Staples. I also like to support small businesses. I'll be coming back.

I was greeted with a warm smile and help that lasted for over an hour while my faxes were being sent. I watched the team help numerous clients with Amazon returns ~ getting mail printing things answering the phone. Taking passport photos Talking with the UPS driver. This is your home town feeling in a very clean and tidy store ~ they know your name if your a regular! ( that's cool ) tons of parking. This is my new shop for all things ! If you need something they seem to have it ' tape paper clips printing labels boxes and time with a smile to help. They are busy and get it all done ! Cheers

    I had to PAY MONEY to have this package held at a store because delivery to my house was delayed by…read moreweather. This turned out to be a waste, due to UPS' horrible phone policy and terrible customer service reps. Weather is one thing, but alter your service or hours on google so customers know what to expect. I have a time sensitive package to pick up, now late by more than a week because of weather, and called earlier in the day to ask about hours regarding the bad weather. The phone number listed is a 703 area code, but forwards to a general Customer service line. The customer service rep was snappy about me "calling the wrong number" and wouldn't forward me to the store. I left work early to rush over before the listed hours of 7pm and got to the store at 6:55pm to a sign that says "closed for weather, sorry for the inconvenience." Well this wasn't just ONE inconvenience, but THREE, all because of lazy service. After I collect my package, I will be switching all my personal deliveries to the post office, where at a minimum, I know I'll receive my packages appropriately. Lazy service makes me sick and I'd leave zero stars if I could.

    Hired C&F to pack and ship family heirloom furniture to TX and AZ from MD…read more The collection included About 20 pieces including a bowed front glass China cabinet, framed mirrors, tables, chairs, bookcases, and accessories in excellent condition. Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. So, I'll continue to trust C&F without any concerns. Thanks C&F I'll be back
