This store is actually much larger than some of their other stores and I counted at least six self service copier machines. There weren't that many customers either so there was no wait at all for me to do what I needed to do. I make around 26 copies of various documents and they all came put perfectly. I had no issues at all and I didn't need any help from any of the store staff. The store itself was. Lean and modern, and I M glad they were here when I needed them.

This turned out to be a waste, due to UPS' horrible phone policy and terrible customer service reps. Weather is one thing, but alter your service or hours on google so customers know what to expect. I have a time sensitive package to pick up, now late by more than a week because of weather, and called earlier in the day to ask about hours regarding the bad weather. The phone number listed is a 703 area code, but forwards to a general Customer service line. The customer service rep was snappy about me "calling the wrong number" and wouldn't forward me to the store. I left work early to rush over before the listed hours of 7pm and got to the store at 6:55pm to a sign that says "closed for weather, sorry for the inconvenience." Well this wasn't just ONE inconvenience, but THREE, all because of lazy service. After I collect my package, I will be switching all my personal deliveries to the post office, where at a minimum, I know I'll receive my packages appropriately. Lazy service makes me sick and I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. The employee said I had to buy packaging tape and that they wouldn't tape it for me. I was surprised to hear that response, as I had never had an issue with such a thing at any other UPS location. How much does a foot of packaging tape cost? Maybe half a penny? The place is just being cheap by not offering any help with taping a small package. A few times, I saw the store being run by just one employee (mostly on Sundays, I believe) and having a big line at the checkout. Another time, a young girl didn't let me ship an item with the brown product package. She insisted that I buy shipping material from them and repack it. I blame the franchise owner for the poor customer service, and I think the owner is focusing more on profitability than on customer service. I recommend the UPS store at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center over this location.

So before looking at my car she said they would not do it, and started rolling her eyes in a very rude manner. To make a long story short. She took pictures and send it to a lady who confirmed they would not do the job and to take my car to have it painted ? I was shocked 1) there was nobody in the shop with expertise to givve me an answer. 2) I could not believe the kind of customer service they gave, they could have said comeback when a technician is here to evaluate, etc etc but they did nothing to try to help, unbelivable treatment and I would never go back there ever.
