I have been to this UPS many times since Its somewhat near my home and has become my go to place for shipments and pickups. This place can get very long lines sometimes but the staff is always super friendly no matter how busy it gets. Some staff members even remember my name which makes the pickup process even easier. I've been to this location to drop off Amazon returns and the workers do a good job and are friendly. Be careful what time you go though because if there's a line it takes Forever, not the employees fault but the customers. Seems like a lot people go in there not knowing how they wanna ship items etc and holds the whole line up. My past two visits have taken longer then they should due to customers holding up the line. read more

I've always received great service at this location. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient for me.

This location may be good for many things but not customer service from one person in particular. 4 times now I have had to deal with him and everytime I leave pissed because it ends up costing me more money then it should. Like telling me one price to ship but then when I go to pay it is, "oh sorry. The weight is different so it is more money." This time I called ahead to make sure they were open, that I didn't need an appointment, that what I needed was available and how much it would be. This person who actually does what I need failed to mention a very important part of the process so it ended up costing me more money! There are other UPS stores around. Might I suggest you visit one of them instead of coming to this location. Any experience would be better then what you can get from this one. read more

Be very careful and aware of this UPs store customer their service is horrible. The guy waiting on my input the wrong address. After showing it to him and repeating it to him several times.I contacted the store they told me they would send a driver out to pick up the package and redeliver it.4 days later they call me to tell me the package was returned and I would have to pay again for it to be delivered I told them to pack sand and I will is using fed ex or the post office for now on. Take my advice use another carrier. read more

The service at this location is excellent. I arrived the other morning, on my way to work, with two giant boxes and my four year old (I was only planning to ship the boxes, because my daughter was being pretty well-behaved.) Not realizing that the store opened at 9, I brought everything up to the door at 8:50 and must have looked really disappointed when I saw that I was early. Rather than make me wait, the nice woman who was replenishing stock stopped what she was doing, opened up, and helped me carry my stuff in. This UPS store has employees who are beyond rude. I had to go in to return an Amazon purchase. For previous purchases, when I took it into Kohl's, it was an easy process that took all of 30 seconds. They generally told me not to package it up. I put it back in the box. The man (boy), behind the counter looked at it and said "This piece is sticking up. I can't ship it like this." I said "Ok, go ahead and stick it back in." He tried and gave up. I said "OK, give it to me, I'll do it. He passed the (heavy) box back over the counter. I repacked it and gave it back. He said, It isn't sealed at the end. We're not going to do that for you. I told him I was instructed not to package it. He apparently wanted me to prove it. I looked it up and showed him the instructions on Amazon. Apparently, there are different instructions for different products. OK, so I wasn't aware of that, but anyone who knows anything about running a business would have just said "I know that is kind of confusing. I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll just tape up the end here for you and put on the label, but next time, we'd appreciate it if you would have it boxed up and ready to go." But instead of gaining customer loyalty, he has made an enemy for life. I will never ever ever step foot inside that place again. read more

I have been using this UPS store for over 9 years and have shipped many many different items from Rolex watches to snow plow parts. The attention to detail I have recieved from Susan and John in making sure the items were properly packed and shipped is second to none. I will continue to use this location and even opened a mailbox here so if there is something shipped to me that needs to be signed for at my home and Im not there I direct it here so the friendly staff at the store can sign for it and notify me when my packages arrive. cold and ineffective service. 3 staff behind the counter, and they acted as if i disturbed them. needed a stamp for an envelope, but the woman said, 'we don't sell single stamps.' there were no other customers in the store., and i was about to also bring in boxes to mail to friends and relatives, but decided to use another store. so, their rudeness lost them $152 in sales. recommend going anywhere else but this place. read more

UPS has terrible service and this fake UPS store is no different. I would not recommend using this store or UPS in general. There is a Post office annex a couple streets up in Dillingham square and I would recommend just going there. **I mailed a package from this store on 13 January and it never arrived at its location which was only suppose to be in Manassas, VA. When I tracked the package to find out what the delay was the shipping progress noted it as delivered in Evington VA (after first traveling to Springfield, VA, Laurel, MD, Lynchburg, VA and Roanoke, VA. ) I called UPS twice to try and track down the package that was left in front of the wrong home in Evington. The package finally made its way back to me on 4 February. When I called UPS back to at least get a refund for the shipping I paid I was flat out lied to and told they have confirmation the package was delivered to the right address and then returned to the driver 4 days later because it was not that person's package. I had been in contact with the intended recipients the whole time and they had never received anything. The UPS manager would not authorize a refund and told me I had to get the refund from the "fake" UPS store because that was who paid them and they can't even verify that I actually paid for the shipping ?? What? So this store apparently isn't even UPS, (and not even an affiliate according to the real UPS...but remember, they are liars - so let's take that with a grain of salt. I argued for over half an hour that this made no sense because the online shipping progress that they provide doesn't even match up to what they are trying to tell me now or what they told me the previous two times I called. Not to mention, if it was returned, how did it still end up in Evington - why didn't it go back to the fake UPS store. I asked for them to show me what they are looking at that gives all this new info and was told that was not possible for security reasons to the package - What?? But I have to package in my hand. So fine, I call the fake UPS people to explain the whole thing again and basically I'm told that the fake UPS store did everything right and they won't refund me so go talk to UPS proper. UPS proper tells me they did everything right and won't refund me - so go talk to the fake UPS people. Long story short the customer is always wrong and rather give someone a lousy $12 refund and a sorry for wasting your time they will tell you it is not our fault take it up with the other guy.
