The surprising part is how quick the service was. They came around noon to pick it up and I had it back on my front porch by the end of the workday. Comforter was clean, pressed, and smelled fresh. They even repacked it in a plastic bag and returned the original bag I packed it in. I think I will be using this service more often, especially now that social distancing is going to be the norm for a few months it seems. I will probably still use them afterwards just for the convenience. I did have a few issues with their website. For some reason, it was hard to schedule a time to have them pick up my items, but the owner Sherrita was nice enough to schedule the time for me.
