Yesterday I was told I could look for it on the unclaimed racks. And when that didn't yield results, I was promised I could speak to a manager who would be in today. But again, when I came by the store he/she was not there. I have now had to reorder the suit pants and vest from the tailor who created the suit prior, so am out the $100 he has graciously agreed to charge me to remake the 2 pieces to match. That's in addition to multiple wasted trips to the store and seemingly nobody ever there empowered to reimburse me or explain how this happpend.
