The woman there was very nice and took the time to properly measure me. She tapered and hemmed my suit pants so they no longer looked baggy, and the fit came out perfect. Turnaround time was about a week, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. I also had several shirts dry cleaned, and they came out excellent. Crisp, clean, and ready to wear. Highly recommend if you need tailoring or dry cleaning in the area. Great service and great results.

We will never step foot in there again and we recommend you don't either. Took a brand new suit to be cleaned. Got it back with broken waist fastener. My wife took the pants back to be fixed and the young man (grandson? Nephew?) at the counter refused to take them on the spot. Said she'd have to come one day when a seamstress was there. Proceeded to ask her "why doesn't he just wear a belt?" Then he called her a "Karen" and said he didn't want me to come back with them like a "Kevin." Now, add to this that over the last year he has made inappropriate comments numerous times. Once, when she brought some old jeans to be patched he said that we "must fart a lot" if our jeans had holes. This time, she came home nearly in tears. So I went back with the pants to confront the man. I demanded he fix the pants and that he never talk to my wife that way again. We got into it. Instead of apologizing and making it right, he decided to call the Sheriff. Once they arrived they quickly asked me if I wanted the repairs done or to just take the pants. They obviously have knowledge about this guy. It's a shame, we were happy customers for 25 years. The ladies who ran it were wonderful and loved our children. Now we will never step foot in there again.

I received notice that my suit was ready for pick up and went to pick up my suit. When I got there I found that it had not been dry cleaned, but instead had a rejection label on it. When I asked what happened, the clerk stated that it had pet hair on it. In looking at the suit, there was no pet hair on it, only fabric lint. I then noticed that the back of the suit was covered in thick dryer lint. It looked as though they had dropped it on the floor in dryer lint and then rejected it because it was too much work to clean. I now still have a funeral to go to with no suit and not enough time to take it to a real dry cleaner. Also their machines are down frequently and so using this location has been unreliable. Go somewhere else that takes care of their machines and your clothes, because this location does neither.
